The health effects of immunity training of women
CHLAŇOVÁ, Radka
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to explain the complexity of immunity system, particularly of the factors, which imact its functionality. In the theoretical part it focuses on introducing and functioning of the immunity system. At first it introduces the system from a biological point of view, explaining how it works, its main cells and primary organs and how it is devided. Furthermore it pursues the important factors which have the main impact on its functionality. These factors are then devided into positively influencing and negatively influencing and in each chapter there are described their specific impacts and the way of how the excess or deficiency influences the human heath. In the practical part of the work it aims on fulfilling these activities in practice, in particular by going through an immunity training which has been introduced by doctor Hermann Geesing. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create the best training plan for the dancers on a weekly training camp. This is the assignment of categories to certain hours of training for every day on training camp. Each category has different requirements in terms of days of training and of course hours of individual trainings. This problem solves an assignment problem and for calculation is used optimization program LINGO. The most effective plan for dancers will be found with this program. This plan should be fair and should satisfy all categories. In the theoretical part is described linear programming, primarily assignment problem and integer programming. In the practical part is the theory applied in practice and it is created schedule of categories for each day of training camp.
Design and verification of fitness training for long-distance runners
NOVÁK, Tomáš
The aim of my graduation thesis is to suggest and prove fitness training for long-distance runners. Test battery will consist of three tests ? laboratory (VO2max.), field (10km) and race (half a marathon), which will be done by a runner in winter and spring period and at the end of the training the runner should achieve the highest level of his endurance. After having the results all ones will be compared. Afterwards results of the separate tests according to set hypotheses will be compared and either proved or disproved.
