The temporary foster's care - importance, practice experience

The Diploma thesis is oriented into the area of a substitute family care in the Czech Republic. There are family functions disturbances in the respekt to the child specified in the first chapter, focusing mainly on those who most frequently, have an influence on a creation of so called "Infant social orphanage". The second chapter is dedicated to the possibilities of providing of substitute children nurture, mainly to single forms of substitute family care and theoretical recourses used for the optimal option of substitute child nurture. The content of the third chapter is a foster care (historical development, forms, infants indications, applicants motivation) and the newest type - the temporary foster care and its specifications compared to other forms of foster care. The fourth charter includes methodological recourses for an empirical research and thein interpretation. There are the Diploma Thesis findings and possibilities of further development of the substitute family care in the Czech Republic compiled in the fifth chapter.
Public awareness of substitute family care

This diploma thesis deals with the public awareness of substitute family care. The theoretical part describes the current substitute family care system, its historical context based on the SFC models, including a summary of their advantages and disadvantages. There are also mentioned the changes that will follow after change the system of substitute family care after the entry into force of the amendment to the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children. The practical part is focused on interviews with professionals working in this area. Experts are asked about current and future substitute family care system and their experience with it, including suggestions for possible changes. A Child in Foster Care and its Preschool

Annotation My bachelor thesis focuses on the theme of the substitute family care and the child from the substitute family care in the kindergarten. The theoretical part introduces information from the history of the substitute family care. Further I show the basic types of the substitute family care and the applicants´ duties. Finally there is determined the cooperation of the kindergarten and the parents with the children from the substitute family care on the basis of the framework educational program for pre-school education. The practical part of my bachelor thesis includes resultant information which is provided by the parents with the children from the substitute family care. Information is oriented on negative and positive aspects of the kindergarten attendance by the children from the substitute family care. I received this information thanks to the interview with the parents. Last but not least this part offers the information obtained from the kindergarten teachers, who discuss the experience of the children from the substitute family care.
