Energy - saving family house in Hostinné

The aim of the bachelor’s project is to design a low-energy detached house. First part of project is focused on the structural and architectural design, building physics and fire safety of building. The plot is situated in the west of Hostinné and terrain is almost flat. The building is designed as two-storey detached house with flat green roof above first floor and flat blue roof above second floor and garage with green roof next to the house. The building is designed on concrete strip foundations and the load-bearing walls and ceilings of the building are designed of cross-laminated timber. The entrance to the plot and also to the house is in the north. On the first floor there is living room, kitchen, bathroom, WC, utility room, home office and pantry. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, master bedroom and bathroom. Second part of project is focused on the energy performance certificate, detailed design of sanitary installations and concepts of building services such as heating and ventilation. The designed house was classified as A in EPC. The rainwater will be partly retained in the green roofs and the rest will be accumulated in stormwater tank and further used for garden irrigation. Excess water will be infiltrated into the ground on the property. The house will be heated by a pellet boiler and heat distribution will be ensured through underfloor heating and radiators. The building is designed with a ventilation unit with heat recovery and photovoltaic panels.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and elaborate project documentation for the construction of a new residential building located in the cadastral area of the town of Rokytnice v Orlických horách. It is a building with two above-ground floors and one basement, containing a total of 5 residential units. There are two 2+KK apartments and three 3+KK apartments. The entrance to the building is located on the west side. In addition to residential units, there are rooms such as a workshop, technical room, conference room, storage cubicles, stroller room, and bicycle room. The building is constructed with ceramic blocks Porotherm, without additional contact insulation. The ceiling structure consists of beams and ceramic inserts, poured with concrete. The roof structure is single-layered with a load-bearing layer of washed river gravel. The foundations consist of concrete strips. The balcony is constructed using ISO beams with thermal bridge interruption.

The subject of the Bachelor thesis is project of a family house, which has been elaborated as a design documentation contailing all requisites conforming to the valid regulations. It is a two above ground house with one floor and a basement. The object is located in the Uhřínov plot number 1635/42. The building is covered by a set of two shed roof. The building is designed for a family of four members.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of administrative building in Brno. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the south-east. The building is L-shaped and it is designed as a two-storey, partly with a cellar. The perimeter bearing masonry of the above-ground floors is designed from ceramic blocks of thickness 300 mm and the internal bearing masonry of thickness 250 mm. After that the basement masonry is made of concrete blocks thickness 300 mm cast in concrete. Internal non-bearing masonry made of ceramic blocks thickness 115 mm. The insulation of the building is designed as a certified contact insulation system of EPS material. The horizontal bearing structures are designed as a ceramic prefabricated rib-and-filler floor with concrete grout. The stairs are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof is warm flat roof with an extensive vegetation layer.

The bachelor's thesis on a topic “The family house of standard passive” deals with the design of the house for family housing in accordance with applicable legislation. The house is designed in the Highlands on the edge of developing area Račerovice. The cellarless two-storey building is made of brick. The roof is according to local regulative plan made up of saddle-shaped truss system. The passive character of the house requires large glass areas on the south facade of the house and high-quality thermal insulation of the building envelope with minimal losses. The house is associated with a brick garage with a shed-roof.

ABSTRACT The scope of this Diploma thesis is create the detail design documentation for building of new nursery school in Zbýšov. The two-storey building with partial basement is located southwest and has a regular ground plan. There are four departments for children of the age from 3 to 6 years, administration part with language classroom and speech therapy classroom, offices and facilities for teachers, cafeteria and technical part located on the first floor. The building is constructed of Porotherm 30 Profi, Porotherm 30 AKU bricks and is built on concrete strip foundations. The perimeter of the basement is created by the vertical load-bearing walls made of reinforced concrete bricks. There is used the certified external thermal insulation composite system. The internal non-load masonry is designed from Porotherm 14 Profi and Porotherm 11,5 AKU. The horizontal load-bearing ceiling construction is made of pre-stressed reinforced concrete panel Spiroll. The stairs are monolithic, made of reinforced concrete. The flat roofs are designed with using of extensive green roof system.
