Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh energeticky úsporného rodinného domu v Hostinném. První část projektu je zaměřena na konstrukční a architektonický návrh, stavební fyziku a požární bezpečnost staveb. Pozemek se nachází na západní straně města Hostinné a terén je téměř rovinatý. Objekt je navržen jako dvoupodlažní samostatně stojící dům s plochou zelenou střechou nad prvním nadzemním podlažím a plochou modrou střechou nad druhým nadzemním podlažím a garáží se zelenou střechou vedle domu. Objekt je navržen na betonových základových pasech a nosné stěny a stropy objektu jsou navrženy z křížem lepeného dřeva. Vstup na pozemek i do domu je na severu. V prvním patře se nachází obývací pokoj, kuchyň, koupelna, WC, technická místnost, domácí pracovna a spíž. Ve druhém patře jsou dvě ložnice, hlavní ložnice a koupelna. Druhá část projektu je zaměřena na průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy, detailní návrh zdravotechnických instalací a koncepční návrh vytápění a větrání. Navržený dům spadá v PENB do klasifikace A – mimořádně úsporná. Dešťová voda bude částečně zadržována v zelených střechách a zbytek bude akumulován v nádrži na dešťovou vodu a dále využíván pro zavlažování zahrady. Dům bude vytápěn kotlem na pelety a rozvod tepla bude zajištěn podlahovým vytápěním a radiátory. Objekt je navržen s větrací jednotkou s rekuperací tepla a fotovoltaickými panely. The aim of the bachelor’s project is to design a low-energy detached house. First part of project is focused on the structural and architectural design, building physics and fire safety of building. The plot is situated in the west of Hostinné and terrain is almost flat. The building is designed as two-storey detached house with flat green roof above first floor and flat blue roof above second floor and garage with green roof next to the house. The building is designed on concrete strip foundations and the load-bearing walls and ceilings of the building are designed of cross-laminated timber. The entrance to the plot and also to the house is in the north. On the first floor there is living room, kitchen, bathroom, WC, utility room, home office and pantry. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, master bedroom and bathroom. Second part of project is focused on the energy performance certificate, detailed design of sanitary installations and concepts of building services such as heating and ventilation. The designed house was classified as A in EPC. The rainwater will be partly retained in the green roofs and the rest will be accumulated in stormwater tank and further used for garden irrigation. Excess water will be infiltrated into the ground on the property. The house will be heated by a pellet boiler and heat distribution will be ensured through underfloor heating and radiators. The building is designed with a ventilation unit with heat recovery and photovoltaic panels.
