Industrial Signal Processing and Visulalization Using PLC Systems

This master’s thesis aims to familiarize with the types of signals used in industrial automation technology. Below are the methods for their processing and transfering to the PLC control system It is described method of processing these signals using an industrial controller of the S7 - 300 and a program for creating visualizations SIMATIC WinCC V7.0. The second part of the master’s thesis deals with the implementation of the control software of a specific technological process.
FACEPLATE library for WinCC V11 HMI Software

The first goal of this Bc. work was to verify if and under what circumstances is it possible for the FACEPLATE library to migrate from WinCC version 7 into WinCC version 11. The second goal was to create graphical objects of electric equipment of the FACEPLATE library for the environment of WinCC version 11 SP2. Each object in the library was given a program for easy connect with code saved in PLC. The last part of the work is dedicated to verification of functionality of the created library using a model example.
Communication driver and simulater for Mettler Toledo weight in STEP7

In the beginning of the thesis I mention a list of PLC programming languages. The thesis itself deals with a problem of implementing a driver for Mettler Toledo weight terminal,concretely the type IND560. Moreover, the simulator of this terminal is created (the terminal itself was not available). For the implementation, the language scl was used, together with the Siemens company software. At the end of the thesis, I created a visualization of the project.
