Tato diplomová práce má za cíl seznámení s typy signálů používaných v průmyslové automatizační technice. Dále jsou popsány metody jejich zpracování a přenesení do řídícího systému PLC. Je popsán způsob zpracování těchto signálů pomocí průmyslového automatu řady S7 – 300 a programu pro tvorbu vizualizací SIMATIC WinCC V7.0. Druhá část diplomové práce se zabývá realizací ovládacího softwaru konkrétního technologického procesu. This master’s thesis aims to familiarize with the types of signals used in industrial automation technology. Below are the methods for their processing and transfering to the PLC control system It is described method of processing these signals using an industrial controller of the S7 - 300 and a program for creating visualizations SIMATIC WinCC V7.0. The second part of the master’s thesis deals with the implementation of the control software of a specific technological process.
