Stress evaluation on the head of seismic wave
Petroš, V. ; Holub, Karel
Paper is intended to investigation of ground velocites of the seismic waves propagation in the rock mass during rockbursts and other anomalous geomechanical events. These data will be used for experiments performed with the aim of comparison the behavior of rock in-situ and under laboratory loading.
Two paramether description of crack opening displacement
Hutař, Pavel
The basic aim of this paper is to describe the influence of T-stress on a crack profile, crack tip opening displacement CTOD and crack mouth opening displacement CMOD. Different methods of determination CTOD values are discussed. Numerical analysis of specimens is made by finite element method (Ansys). These result are compared with values determinated by modified boundary layer model MBLM.
Non-utilization as form of stress
Řehulka, Evžen
The study analyzes too little surveyved problematic of non-utilization which must be consider to be a special form of stress. Non-utilization is characterized by boredom, feel of desolation, loss of sense and other subjective annoying states which can be made better by psychotherapy. There are attached four casuistics of this problem for illustration.
Typology working stress and prevention of primary school teachers
Řehulka, Evžen ; Řehulková, Oliva
In study is made dividing of working stress teachers in three groups (stress in objective conditions, stress is connected with qualification, stress and personality of teacher) and describe the prevention as primary, secondary and terciary prevention.
Strategie zvládání stresu u učitelek záklaadních škol
Řehulková, Oliva ; Řehulka, Evžen
This essay presents some facts about handling stress by basic school female teachers, based on researches from 1992 and 2002 that were carried out using the same method, and on the research that was carried out using the SVF 78 questionnaire (the strategy of handling stress) by W. Janek and G. Erdmann. Comparing all the data allows comparatively unified interpretation that points out to the importance of social support and alternate activities when handling stress on the part of basic school female teachers and on taking care of more extensive usage of positive coping strategies.
Possibility of total fracturing forecasting of loaded rock samples on the base of ultrasonic emission analysis
Rudajev, Vladimír ; Lokajíček, Tomáš ; Vilhelm, Jan
The ultrasonic emission, generated by rock samples loading, was subjected to autocorrelation analysis. The increase of autocorrelation coefficients and the tendency to their linear decrease is evidence of redistribution of stress in the sample, which occurs after stronger ultrasonic events. The above-mentioned parameters have a precursory character.
Stress at cracks in 3D
Machová, Anna ; Spielmannová, A.
The contribution compares stress calculations on the atomistic level in 3D with elastic solutions for blunted cracks embedded in anisotropic continuum under plane strain and plane stress conditions.
Analysis of assumptions of students and managers for stress management
Mergová, Natália ; Bedrnová, Eva (advisor) ; Pauknerová, Daniela (referee)
Graduation thesis is focused on subject of stress, stress management and soul hygiene. The main goal of this thesis is to collect relevant literature dealing with questions of stress management and soul hygiene and to process the most important aspects. Subsequent goal is to carry out the empirical research on target group of university students and managers and to find out their approach against stress, stress management techniques and the level of psychohygiene in their lives. Results of the empirical research will be the base for the final recommendations.
Burnout in Help Professions
Běhanová, Jaroslava ; Sedláková, Jaroslava (advisor)
The goal of my thesis is charting a situation in a selected organization from viewpoint of problems of the burnout syndrome in help professions, basis my own research find out stressful factors and methods of burnout prevention at the organization level.
Stress and its influence on employee
Trepešová, Iveta ; Pauknerová, Daniela (advisor) ; Jarošová, Eva (referee)
Bachelor thesis analyzes the influence of stress on work performance of employees. The thesis has two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the characterization of stress, its origins, signs and symptoms. Then the thesis focuses on stress, its sources and effects on employees in the workplace. The practical part of this thesis is based on a survey which examines the impact of stress on work performance of employees and the effects of individual stressors in the workplace.
