Valuation of company

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of the company Okna Macek, s.r.o. Theoretic part of the work deals with techniques, methods, and tools of company evaluation. Practical part applies these methods to the company. In introduction there are mentioned basic information on the firm, organizational structure and product assortment. Then strategic analysis follows , which consists of analysis of development of macro-environment and micro-environment. Financial analysis rates of performance of the company by using methods of absolute, ratio and global indicators and interfirm comparison. Than the plan of generators of value is processed, i. e. incomes and outcomes, investments and working capital. On its base there are set planned financial statements, i. e. balance, income sheet and cash flow. In the final part the company is avaluated using two - phase discounted cash flow method in the version of FCFE. Discount rate is assumed with the aid of CAPM method and sectional INFA model. At the conclusion of the thesis there is the valuation statement.
Market analysis of industrial marking lasers and draft marketing strategy for the company MEGAFLEX

This master thesis is focuses on a market analysis of industrial marking lasers in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part are described appropriate methods of strategic analysis for Business-to-Business market. The strategic analysis is divided into two parts, descriptive and comparative one. The application part characterizes the market of industrial marking lasers and describes also macro, micro and internal environment of the company MEGAFLEX. A partial goal of this thesis is to propose a marketing strategy, which can be used as a basis for the development of strategic marketing plan.

My paper engages in investment decision of company, shows the connection with microeconomic and macroeconomic area, that is important to be respected in this kind of decision. The paper makes a survey about the methods of investment project evaluation and simultaneously deals with criterions, which are respected by these methods. With using of concrete methods of valuation ilustrates how to proceed.
Valuation and currency risk management of the company CeWe Color, a.s.

The object of my graduation thesis is setting value of CeWe Color, a.s. by methods DCF and finding the influence of deflections of exchange rate to the company. For setting value were used strategic analysis, financial analysis and financial plan. The resulting value was set to 539 449 thousand czech crowns.

The purpose of the diploma thesis is to determine value in use of the company Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. to 31.3.2008. The thesis consists of strategic analysis, which results into forecast of revenues of the company, financial analysis, which is focused on situation of financial health of the company. Next parts of the thesis are analysis and prediction of generators of value, financial plan and final evaluation. For evaluation was used DCF APV method and market comparison method.

Final thesis focuses on strategic and financial analysis of Pivovar Janáček, a.s. Strategic analysis researches the beer market in the Czech Republic. Thesis analyzes beer industry and its role in OKEC, beer consumption, beer production and structure of the beer market in the Czech Republic. Furthermore is analyzed labeling beer, taxation of beer and export of beer. Financial analysis deals with horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, analysis of liquidity, rentability, activity, debt ration and also analysis of predictive models. Perspectives of the company are summarized according to previous analysis in the conclusion.

For analysis of external environment is used PEST model and Porter's model of Five Competitive Forces. Special attention is paid to description of Czech-MBA-schools market. Internal environment is described by analysis of company's resources. Outputs from partial analyses are summarised in SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis serves than for formulation of strategic recommendation to ISBM.

The purpose of the diploma thesis is to valuate a telecommunication company Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on strategic analysis. Financial analysis was performed in the following part. After the analysis of the relevant market and company's financial health, value generators and financial plan of the company for the first phase were predicted. The valuation method is based on the going concern principle. DCF entity method was used as a main method.
