Thesis on "The Marketing Strategies of Apple Inc. and Their Change After 2011" deals with the transformation of Apple's marketing strategies after the death of Steve Jobs, who was regarded by many as a key figure in the whole company. The author aims to present the company, products and marketing strategies used by Steve Jobs and then analyze the changes that have been made by new CEO Tim Cook since 2011. The theoretical part is devoted to definitions, which the author will be using in the practical part. A major part of this thesis is quantitative research that analyzes consumer perception of Apple Inc. in the Czech Republic completed with recommendations for the future success.

The topic of this bachelor's diploma work is examine the Apple Company marketing. The main aim of the work is analysis and characteristic of Apple Company marketing. The bachelor's diploma work consists of some parts. The first part describes the Apple Company and on the basis of studying recommended and professional literature marketing and marketing strategies terms were explained. The second part is devoted to marketing activities of Apple Company, detailed marketing mix 4P of Apple Company and creating SWOT analysis. The third part describes comparative analysis of iPhones cellphones against Samsung. And in the end is given answer why Apple is with it all positive factors, huge capitalization, successful marketing and advertising is losing its position on the market. What is the reason? How Apple can fight against it and does Apple make attempts to fix it or leave it without changes? Apple's position is estimated by using different indexes in the forms of graphs, sales and etc., which confirm the losing of competitive ability of Apple Company.
Value innovations in accordance to Apple

This bachelor's thesis is aimed at comparison of value management way of innovations and innovations according to Apple. At the first part there are analyzed theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of both of ways. Key theme for value innovation is value for customer, which is analyzed from both points of view value management and Apple. Except of product innovations there are mentioned for example marketing innovations or process innovations. In last part of the thesis there are demonstrated several possible value innovations of products of some other companies in accordance to Apple.
Role of the Presentation in the marketing

There is a problem that people do not know too much about how to present their product/company/service etc. My goal was to show that almost anybody could educate himself/herself with the aim of improving knowledges of his or her own. I used the information from different reliable sources and used the original records of Apple Keynotes presentations. This thesis shows us the technics that uses CEO of Apple Inc. Steve Jobs in his presentations. All of the goals of the thesis were achieved and this thesis could really help people to learn something more about the presentation.
