My project concerns the comparison of different forms of business from tax revenue’s perspective. At the begining I explain basic terms concern practical part, witch are companies, commercial activity and tasex, mainly taxes from income legal entities and individuals. In practical part I regulate three diferent highness of income in view of public company, limited company and self-employed. At the end I evaluace general situation and find out, witch kind of business is in my opinion the most appropriate

This bachelor´s thesis with the topic "Project management and optimization" is focused on mediation services between german and czech and german and russian market and then to increase sales of firefighting spray application (plasters) produced in France and imported by PROMAT company. The main roles in this project have companies DOPOS HK s.r.o., COMETEC and PROMAT PRAHA. There are not any contacts from the russian side yet. In my thesis I´m going to analyze mentioned companies as well as home and foreign markets, I will describe the problems, which the companies see around, and by this project I will try to minimize this problems or clear them away completely to reach the target.

Labour productivity in the manufacturing enterprise in the context of its financial situation

The bachelor thesis deals with labour productivity and financial analysis. The main goal is to assess relation between labour productivity and financial situation of companies. The thesis is divided into three parts. At the beginning is the theoretical part, which defines types of productivity, productivity measurement and indicators of financial analysis. In the methodology, there are contained formulas that are used in the next part. Characteristics of selected companies are described in the practical part. The chapter deals with calculation of labour productivity and financial situation of enterprises. There are calculated indicators of activity, profitability, leverage and liquidity. Furthermore, the bankruptcy prediction models and financial health model are evaluated. At the end of practical part is assessment of the relation between labour productivity and the financial situation of the enterprises. All data used in the bachelor thesis are obtained from the firm database of ALBERTINA from the period 2015 - 2016.

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to investigate the formation of the Rwandan Kingdom, with regard to the broader area which later became the state of Rwanda. It describes the Kingdom's division into provinces and districts, the administration system and all its institutions, the role of the king as a rule. The thesis discusses the way the society was stratified and the way the hierarchical character of the society was fixated. The thesis then identifies the terms Hutu and Tutsi in the context of life and endeavor of the communities and hierarchical social structure of the Rwandan Kingdom. It takes into account the importance of the dynastic mythology and its use to legitimize the established order. It reflects the consequences of the Kingdom's contact with the European culture. COMPANIES IN PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW - ABSTRACT The aim of this thesis is to familiarize the reader with the regulation of companies in private international law, with special regards to status of the company. The topic is mainly overtaken by the conflict between the incorporation principle and real seat principle. This conflict is reflected in the legal regulation of companies in private international law on both national law level and European law level. It is also connected to the question of competition between legal systems, which the thesis also deals with. Considering the globalizing world we live in and in which the perpetual need to reduce costs plays more and more important role, the topic is highly current. The thesis is divided into 7 chapters. The introductory chapter introduces the topic and points out the objectives of the thesis. The second chapter explains the basic concepts it is going to work with, namely the concept of a company and private international law (conflict of laws). The following chapter discusses the question of status of the company. It explains the definition of status of the company and afterwards describes the individual theories of determining it, i.e. incorporation theory, real seat theory and a few other rarely used theories. Reasons for Sponsoring of selected Sample Sponsors

This paper is focused on the reasons behind sponsorship on a selected group of sponsors. Its main goal is to analyze the motivation of commercial entities for sponsoring athletic organizations and to formulate recommendations for sponsors as well as for the sponsorship recipients. The data has been acquired using a qualitative research, namely interviews with companies that provide sponsorship. It was possible to acquire enough data for the scope of this paper, through this research method. The research has shown that the companies that offer sponsorships have a specific relation to sports. On average the selected companies invested 0.41% of their turnover into sponsorship activities. The potential benefits of this paper are the recommendations for companies on how to maximize the marketing potential of sponsorship.

Comparison of rules for the creation of tax bases in selected countries

This diploma thesis deals with the corporate tax, specifically with the comparison of the rules for the creation of the tax base in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Cyprus and the Netherlands. The target of the thesis is to find out major differences in the structure of the corporate tax base, to assess the profitability of the systems for foreign investors and to formulate the recommendations for the Czech Republic. The thesis describes the legislative regulations of the corporate taxes in particular countries. The comparative analysis and the summary of the results formulated in the final part of the thesis. Furthermore, statutory and effective tax rates are being compared, as well as the share of revenues from corporate tax on gross domestic product and on total tax revenues.
