The bachelor thesis: "Subsidies for agriculture in the European Union and in the Czech Republic", is focused, in its parts, on historical development of the Common agricultural policy, on the ways how the concrete subsidies aimed on agrarian sector were formed to reach food self- sufficiency for Europe after world wars. For better understanding there is also defined agricultural branch and market where are the subjects of primary production which have a legal claim on supports in form of subsidies. These subsides are implemented on area of a member state - Czech Republic and are interpreted in period before the connecting the Czech Republic to the European Union, after the connecting to E. U. and specifically in every planning periods. As a supplementary can be marked information about administrative organs which arrange subsidies titles and payout the financial support keeping the rules of cross compliance standards.

The bachelor thesis The Realization of common agricultural policy of the European Union in the Czech Republic describes common agricultural policy of the European Union since its inception in post-war period, its development and changes, which were happened as a result of reforming. Hereafter there are described the conditions of subsidies in the ending period between years 2007 -- 2013 and outlook for the new planning period between years 2014 -- 2020. There is also indicated the influence of common agriculture policy to the changes of production in the Czech Republic and reflection about possible development of common agricultural policy in the future.

Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union and its future

This bachelor thesis is focused on Common agricultural policy of the European Union.It is studiyng the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union regarding to its planned reform which is going to be applied from 2014. At first the thesis descirbes the most important moments in the development of this policy, its actual form and problems, which it has in the present. Then the thesis finds out for which states and types of agricultural enterprises is the current system profitable. Afterwards it analyzes the opinions of the participants, who will take part in making decision of the reform of the Common agricultural policy. These participants are member states of the European Union and fraction of the European parliament. Based on their opinions on changes of the Common agricultural policy the thesis estimates the result of the vote of planned reform.
Are agricultural subsidies provided under the EU Common Agricultural Policy effective? Case study: ZD Kosova Hora

The topic of this thesis are the subsidies granted to farmers under the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union (CAP), and assessing their economic efficiency. The aim is to analyze this issuee from the very beginning of the CAP to the present times. The theoretical part examines analysis of the effectiveness of providing subsidies in the sector of agriculture. This section pays attention to various rules of European Union, which were adopted in purpose of farmers. The practical part is a case study describing the situation of a farm which uses the subsidies of CAP. Using recent data on the subsidies and Cost Benefit Analysis, case study summarizes and considers the pros and cons of running a modern farm in EU.
An Analysis of Effectiveness of Grant Subsidies in the Context of the Common Agricultural Policy of the EU. Case Study: A Farm in the Central Bohemian Region

The topic of this bachelor thesis is an assessmment of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the European Union. The most important aim of the work is to analyze an impact of the recently adopted regulations under the CAP seen from the general economic stance. In the first part, the theoretical one, I focus on the analysis of effectiveness of grant subsidies in the agricultural sector. I namely evaluate arrangements of the European Union which are meant for farmers and are generally subject to changes as a consequence of the CAP reforms. The second part of my bachelor thesis might be called the practical one. I describe the situation of a random private agriculturist, carrying out a farm in the Czech Republic. The aim of this case study is an evaluation of certain advantages and disadvantages borne for the time being by an enterpreneur in the agricultural sector in the context of the Common Agricultural Policy.
Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union and the Outlook for the Future

This bachelor thesis is focused on Common agricultural policy of European Union (CAP EU). The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes beginning and development of CAP, presents reasons for creating of CAP and describes the development of how CAP in history. The second chapter is focused on the functionality of CAP and provides more detailed look on its principles. It is dedicated to the CAP's mechanism and instruments that aids to fulfil its functionality. The third chapter is mapping particular reforms of CAP. The development of the Czech agriculture is described in the last chapter of theoretical part. It deals with fact, that the Czech agriculture is a part of European agriculture. The practical part has two main charters. The first half is focused on development of number of cattle in Czech republic and in France from 1990 to 2007. I have chosen those two countries because of the contrast in their situation. The development of cattle quantity is analyzed using apparatus of statistical instrument of time series. The second half of practical part describes development of expenditures on CAP and a historical development of it's portion in EU budget.
Agriculture of the Czech Republic after accession to the EU

V souvislosti se vstupem České republiky do Evropské unie byla přijata společná zemědělská politika EU (CAP). Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit vlivy spojené s implementací CAP na agrární sektor ČR. První část práce pojednává o obecné charakteristice systému CAP s důrazem na jeho historický vývoj. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu agrárního sektoru České republiky po vstupu do Evropské unie a srovnání s obdobím před vstupem, důraz je kladen především na dotační politiku. Zkoumáno je naplnění předvstupních očekávaných přínosů a rizik pramenících ze zavedení CAP. Závěrečná část kapitoly pojednává o možném vývoji agrárního sektoru ČR do budoucnosti.
