Acyclic Profinet Communication between Sinamics Converters and Simatic S7-1200 PLCs
Dostál, Jiří ; Janda, Karel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This paper deals with acyclic communication of Siemens Simatic S7-1200 PLCs and Sinamics drives on the Profinet industrial bus. Various possibilites of communication of the devices in accordance to the PROFIdrive profile is presented. General Proxy FBs for acyclic read/write of the drive's parameters are implemented. Together with other two FBs, that make use of acyclic communication to read the drive's fault buffer and to adjust an absolute encoder, an application with visualization for a simple positioning and for a demonstration of the Proxy FBs functionality is presented using a demo box.
DC motor control by PLC Simatic S7-1200
Jirčák, Ondřej ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
The thesis ,,DC motor control by PLC Simatic S7-1200“ focuses on the control of the DC motor using the programmable automatic machine PLC Simatic S7_1200 CPU1214C, designed by the German company Siemens, generating the PWM signal. The PWM is processed by the integrated circuit called the H-Bridge, which subsequently controls the DC motor.
EDU-mod model control by programmable logic controller S7-1200
Polák, Pavel ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with creating a few sample solutions to new programmable logic controllers, Siemens Simatic S7-1200. The content of this thesis will serve as support for students of Institute of Automation and Computer Science at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Students can gather information about the performance of new programmable logic, functions and model specified for the education and self-study. Programming tasks are performed using the SCL language. Furthermore, in this thesis describes an extension for HMI touch panels and web server.
Creation of communication via OPC UA interface between PC and PLC Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200
Štěrbová, Nina ; Cejpek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Lang, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis introduces a data exchange between a PC and PLC via a modern communication interface OPC UA. The thesis deals with a configuration of the server on a PLC and client applications for a PC including a description of its development. In this work the emphasis is especially put on educational purposes thus the aforementioned applications are of a simple character. The thesis is completed with a brief summary of findings in the field of industrial communication, OPC UA protocol and TIA Portal in order to better understand the topic.
Testing equipment for function test of automatic standby unit
Dušek, Pavel ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the description of automatic transfer switch and designing a tester for automatic transfer switch MODI ZA made by OEZ s.r.o. The solution itself consists of creating the state diagrams of the function test steps, programming software for Simatic S7-1S200 PLC and Simatic KTP 400 control panel and creating a technical documentation containing the tester wiring diagram, and layout of the insides of the switchboard. It also contains the diagram explaining how to connect the automatic transfer switch MODI ZA to the tester.
