Analysis of wellness service in chosen spa facility

History of Bechyně Spa falls in 18 centures where were found out mineral wells. Since 1992 the spa has performed as unnational health facilies. Main natural medicinal source of Bechyně Spa is moor, inported from nearest Komarov marshland. The ilnesses like rheumatoid arthritis, Bechter disease, koxarthozis and other arthritis, metabolic disease with handicap of knees, syndroms of sinews and muscles, preoperative and postoperative condition, osteoporosis and others. The offer of wellness services is created by 11 packages put together from different procedures and basic services of turism in Spa Bechyně . The target of thesis is analyse of services which Bechyně Spa offer. On the basis there are deficiencies defined. For defining deficiences was realized legwork, interviews and was studied professional literature. In the end of this work are suggest actions for higher standard of wellness services in Bechyně Spa. Also the package was suggested.

Evaluation of the quality of provided tourism services in selected locality

The diploma thesis provides comprehensive insight into the individual types of services of tourism. The main goal is evaluation of the quality of provided tourism services in the selected locality Hluboka nad Vltavou. In the theoretical part the concept associated with areas of tourism, services, marketing mix, quality and instruments of strategic marketing environment. In the practical part it was made detailed analysis of accommodation services, catering services, cultural services, sports services, sport and relaxation services and complementary services. In the practical part are also evaluated results of a research, which main aim was find out the satisfaction of tourism participant with a quality, level and range of tourism services, which are provided in the locality. The visitor's opinion on opportunities of cultural and sport activities is also very important. Attention was focused on the local and foreign participants of tourism in this direction. Based on the gained information and results of marketing research, the last section contains appropriate suggestions.

Enterprise in Tourism Branch Focused on the Segment of Children and Youth

The main objectives this thesis was primarily assessment of the services level, which are provided by Travel agency Topinka in their own recreation centers by analysis and comparison these centers by predetermined criteria. The others objectives were to determine requirements and needs of customers using a questionnaire investigation and the current trends. On basis of these analyzes propose steps, which will lead to improve position of this company on the tourism market. These proposes are facultative program and two packages of services (combination of transport, accomodation, catering and additional services). The others are modernization recreation centers as innovation sports facilities and reconstruction and modernization areas too.

The becheleor thesis focuses on tourism in Prešov. The main aim of the bechelor thesis is to analyse tourism in the town, to find out if Prešov has potential within tourism and to point out main advantages, that could attract more visitors and problems that must be solved. The thesis is divided into four parts that treats with potential of Slovakia and Prešov region within tourism and analysis of tourism in Prešov. This analysis includes offer of services provided in Prešov and its main attractivities. In conclusion the SWOT analysis was worked-out on the basis of obtained information.

Analysis of the hotel Nobys´s activity on the subject of tourism

Bachelor´s thesis deals with an analysis of the concrete accommodation facility, the hotel Nobys, including of an analysis of the accommodation services in Novobystřicko. On the basis of controlled conversation, questionnaire survey,self-observation and secondary datas, was the hotel, including it´s most important accommodation competition, assessed in terms of standard of services and Novobystřicko was assessed in terms of tourim´s destination. At the end of the bachelor´s thesis are made proposals and recommendations for improvement of hotel´s services and increase of visit rate.

The topic of this bachelor work is analysis of the types and forms of tourism in the Sedlecko Region. Assess species and forms of tourism, carry out a field investigation and evaluate the information obtained. Based on this information compile visitor profile and propose measures that would improve the situation. Finally work was a product package The beauty of Český Merán, focused on discovering natural and historical attractions and hiking and biking. This product is combination accommodation, catering and ancillary services.

Analyse of services of Tourism in Sokolovsko

This work analyses the development of tourism in the southern part of Sokolovsko region, which is known only as a mining district. The work proposes suggestions of possible innovations for tourism. Purpose of work was to find out if the area has the potential necessary for tourism development. Nowadays trends are entertainment, healthy lifestyle and discovering new things. Sokolovsko makes use of only a small part of its potential. The area can establish its development on creation of associations, which will be connected in the way of positive feelings and then tourists will be interested in unrecognized locality. Questionnaire survey showed that the project Medard {--} water reservoir which is supposed to be number one in the region is more popular in the Czech Republic than any time before. In the past Sokolovsko was connected only with association of polluted countryside from mining of coal. It is very important to advertise and let people know more about Sokolovsko. Serious problem is almost zero existence of publications and information about the region in general. Sokolovsko should develop its sources and to present itself on expo like Holiday World, Go and Region Tour Brno. Last but not least this region should not forget about allocation into funds of EU.
