Apartment house with hairdresser´s in Vyškov

The bachelor thesis deals with documentation of an apartment building with hairdressing salon project, found in Vyškov. The apartment has partial basement, main entrance from the north side of the building, and irregular, double rectangle-based shape. Near the main entrance is located bike storage room. Parlor is in the first floor above ground, and has separate entrance located on the north side. Building is located on slightly sloping terrain in which it is partially embedded. It also has five above ground floors, with one floor below ground, and is covered with a partially walkable flat roof. Basement consist of a cellar rooms, utility room and a workroom. Inside above ground floors are residential areas made from fourteen dwelling units, while one dwelling unit in the first floor is wheelchair accessible. The building is designed from Porotherm, a single masonry system. Thermal insulation of the building is carried out by contact insulation system. The horizontal structures are made of Spiroll ceiling panels.
Detached house with surgeries, Vigantice

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a desing of a detached house with a dental surgery. The building issituated in the village of Vigantice. The detached house has two floors and a semi-basement. The ground plan of the house is rectangular and the house is covered with a gable roof. The vertical load-bearing assembly consists of concrete blocks of permanent formwork and ceramic blocks Heluz. The carrying construction of the roof is made from prefabricated wooden trusses. The layoutof the house is divided into a private area and a dental surgery.
Crematorium

In this thesis project is developed for the implementation of new build crematorium in Austerlitz. It is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of town, at the intersection of roads from Brno and Křenovice. When designing the building, emphasis is placed on the longitudinal axis symmetry object. The building is single-storey, semi-basement. The roof structure is designed with three different height levels, except where the input parts and components for guests is located lowest flat roof, a second, higher level flat roof above the crematory facilities at the rear. Above spaces funeral parlor is the highest, the dominant part of the roof, which is of trusses and is pitched. The basic construction of the crematorium are bearing walls of ceramic bricks, are used in the basement concrete perimeter wall. The exterior walls are used insulation system.
Mountain Holiday Resort

The subject of my diploma thesis is a draft of a mountain holiday resort. The building is three-story, semi-basement and with one above-ground floor and attic. There are employee utility rooms and two social rooms with a bar in the basement. Five apartments with own bathroom and kitchenette are built in the two above-ground floors. The building is designed to be made of ceramic and concrete blocks with additional thermal insulation. The roof of the building is saddle with saddle dormers. The land for this new building is situated on a sloping terrain and is located in the western part of Modrava village. The thesis contains a documentary and drawing part and is processed as documentation for the execution of the construction.

Both vertical and horizontal constructions are made of Porotherm ceramic pieces. Mineral wool board system is used for the thermal insulation. There is an elevator designed in the building. During processing, emphasis was placed on layout solutions, architectural appearance, statics requirements and safety of use.
