Model of small air press

This thesis deals with design construction of laboratory model of air press and also proposes of safety measures for this machine. Before the design itself, norms concerning machinery construction were surveyed. There are two norms mentioned in the text ČSN EN 61 508 and ČSN EN ISO 13489-1. Next part shows practical demonstration of machine safety analysis using SISTEMA software tool. Changes to the safety measures were made according to the result of this analysis. Important part of this thesis is also design of control software for the air press in RSlogix5000 environment using Ladder logic and also created visualization of pressing process and show up on to visualization panel PanelView 700.
Functional safety for Industry 4 demonstrator

This semestral thesis deals with safety around the Testbed demonstrator. Changes have been proposed to ensure sufficient security in defined areas. The security features were designed fot the demonstrator assembly and not for individual cells. Then a security design and electronic design of idividual components were created.

This thesis deal with creation of learning press model included safety function. Hardware implementation and ordering particular components is described. Designed service program is explained. This program is created in development system RS - logix 5000 by ladder diagram language. Panel view is used for better transparent of the process. Service program for this panel is created in development system RS - ViewStudio. Every possibilities of model usage are described.
Control of packaging machine using Safety PLC

This thesis deals with a technology of continuous packaging machine in the beginning from the point of risk assessment and design of necessary measures to reduce the risk as much as it is possible. Here the HRN method was used to quantify every risk factor. Next part documents the implementation of the safety measures and the realization of the safety circuits by using Simatic S7–1500F safety PLC and Shared device functionality. Safety function which is realized in the Sinamics S120 drive is Safe Stop 1. Next, it describes the drive dimensioning and the principle of the drive control. Simotion PLC is discussed in more details and then is used as a motion control master. An approach to the configuration of camming synchronous operation is dealt with in details. Cam design and their realization is documented, too. The thesis also demonstrates the state manager that was implemented in the user program and which is used according to the concept of OMAC state manager. In the end a simple HMI for packaging machine control is described.

This diploma thesis deals with safety around the Testbed demonstrator. A risk analysis has been created, for all cells and for the testbed itself. Changes have been proposed to ensure sufficient security in defined areas. The security features were designed fot the demonstrator assembly and not for individual cells. Then a security design and electronic design of idividual components were created, and then they were assembled. As the last thing, a program was created for safety PLC, which solves safety issues.
