Analýza mechanismů phishingu
Kudláček, Petr
This thesis describes different types of phishing attacks in the online gaming environment. Chapter 3 explains what an online game is and mentions the communication platforms that often become means of communication between phishing attackers and the victims. There are also described in-game weapon textures in Counter-Strike Global Offensive, which are common items of theft. Chapter 4 is devoted to the description of the Steam gaming platform. The thesis aims to explain the process of phishing attacks on the game platform and describes how it is possible to defend against them. The paper concludes with research among computer science students at the Faculty of Business and Economics of Mendel University. The aim of the research is to find out how many students encountered phishing in the gaming environment.
Qohelet's Soliloquy and its Peculiarities
Rudolf, Štěpán ; Beneš, Jiří (advisor) ; Holubová, Markéta (referee)
This diploma thesis called Qohelet's Soliloquy and its Peculiarities goes through the era of Qohelet 's origin, it describes the title of the book and resumes some of the results of biblical scholarship concerning, authorship, background and structure of this book. The thesis reconstruct the way of this book into the Old Testament scriptures. It presents it as a result of this book being used and fast placed in Jewish schools rather than a result of divine inspiration. It describes the author of this book as a Jewish man, experienced in Greek literature and trying to critically evaluate his own Jewish traditions. The book searches a Jewish answer to contemporary Greek philosophical questioning about the right way of living. The conclusion of the narrator's unceasing inquiry is rather a disappointing one, he finds out nothing but vapour, chasing the wind, wasting of both time and energy as a result of human (his own) activities. That is bitter but inevitable knowledge, since it is an innate human desire to grasp things which are out of his reach. The most important parts of the text and quotations are considered both in their original Hebrew sounding and the reputable ancient translations: the Greek Septuagint and Latin Vulgate. The key term of the book, that is to say hevel is much discussed and...
Communication between Developers and Players on Platforms Discord and Steam
Tancer, Tomáš ; Švelch, Jan (advisor) ; Švelch, Jaroslav (referee)
The thesis focuses on communication between developers and fans on Discord and Steam. This communication is primarily examined from the perspective of community managers, who serve as a vital link between developers and players. The aim is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the environment of developer communities in the Czech Republic and to compare communication methods on Discord and Steam platforms. It is a qualitative study, with semi-structured interviews with community managers as the primary method. The secondary method involves a thematic analysis of official communication from game studios on the two mentioned platforms. The empirical part follows a theoretical part, and the conclusion confronts the results with the literature mentioned at the beginning of the thesis. The findings reveal that Discord and Steam platforms are indeed relevant places for the emergence and management of gaming communities, unlike other social networks. Furthermore, the research shows that community managers often share similar gaming backgrounds, or that not all of them consider themselves game developers. The thesis also explores the relationship between community management and the growing trend of GaaS (Game as a Service). The result of analysing this specific theme is that the work of community...
Feedwater heater design
Holčapek, Josef ; Tomáš,, Zdeněk (referee) ; Skála, Zdeněk (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a feedwater heater. The aim of the work is to perform thermal, hydraulic and stress analysis. A preliminary technical documentation is also part of this work. The first part contains a summary of basic types of heat exchangers and processes of heat transfer. The main part is focused on thermal analysis to determine the main parameters of the heat exchanger. Next part is followed up by hydraulic analysis to determine the pressure drop of the heating water. After that is created design of heat exchanger with stress analysis of the proposed wall thicknesses of the shell, water chambers and tubesheet. Achieved results are summarized and evaluated at the end of the diploma thesis.
Analysis of the condition of the K 220-44 steam turbine drainage pipeline and proposal of corrective measures
Horký, Jiljí ; Milčák, Pavel (referee) ; Šnajdárek, Ladislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the drainage pipeline of the Škoda K 220-44 steam turbine. This turbine is operated in Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. One part of this work is proposal of corrective measures. The aims of this work include the creation of a search for drainage, steam, erosion corrosion and mapping of defects in long-term operated drainage system. Work also includes the evaluation of measured values of the pipe wall thickness measured by ultrasonic analyzer. In addition, the work contains images created from 3D model, on which the location of defects and measurements are displayed.
Design of Steam Cleaner
Smrčková, Alena ; Zvonek, Miroslav (referee) ; Fridrichová, Eva (advisor)
Object of the thesis is the analysis and design of steam cleaner with the technical, aesthetic and environmental requirements. The purpose was design swan-neck steam cleaner for simple home using.
Design of a steam engine
Duchoň, Matěj ; Křupka, Jiří (referee) ; Košťál, David (advisor)
This bachelor theses deals with a construction of a model of a single-cylinder static steam engine driven by an external heat source. In this construction, the overall size and weight were limiting. As a part of this theses, the research on existing constructions was carried out. Based on these findings, three conceptual studies were elaborated. As a result, a design solution of a steam engine in a configuration with a flat slide valve and an open crosshead guidance was designed. The model serves as a teaching aid for understanding the principles of the earlier piston machines and for explaining the basic machine mechanisms and thermodynamic process.
Trasfer Heat Analysis in Steam Generators in blocks of VVER 440
Roupec, Petr ; Pulec, Jiří (referee) ; Šen, Hugo (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the heat transfer in steam generator of blocks in the nuclear power plant VVER 440. The steam generator represents the border between the primary and the secondary circuit. The heat is carried from a warm water from reactor to a cold water. The steam arises after the heat transfer and drives the steam turbine. An important quantity which represents the heat transfer is a heat transfer factor. This thesis is divided into theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part is mentioned a principle of the steam generator and the theoretical calculation of the heat transfer factor, which comes first of all from the character of the streaming in the steam generator. The practical part brings a comparison of the heat transfer factor calculated from data measured after the start of the third block of EDU in 1986, with the heat transfer factor which comes from the measurement after the power-increase for 105 % of nominal power of the same block in 2009. Further is shown the prediction of the heat transfer factor for next power-increase and the following service is shown too.
Construction of small steam engine for the use of solar energy
Strava, Jan ; Šnajdárek, Ladislav (referee) ; Škorpík, Jiří (advisor)
Possible modern application of piston steam engine is electricity production using steam made by solar energy. This diploma thesis focuses on designing such piston steam engine Described solution would be effective as an off grid electricity generator, because alternative source of steam could be added for occasions, when sunlight is not powerfull enough for steam production.
Steam boiler for natural gas
Křivánek, Robin ; Kohout, Přemysl (referee) ; Skála, Zdeněk (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes the design of steam boiler for combustion natural gas, which has a steam power 80t/hour. In the first phase is performed calculation of stoichiometric amount of combustion air and flue gas. After that follows constructional proposal of the combustion chamber. Furthermore continue by calculation heating surfaces of the boiler. In conclusion, the thesis is focused on designing the injections. To check the accuracy of the results is recalculated heat balance the whole boiler.
