Implementation of mechanisms providing Segment Routing for IPv6 (SRv6) using the FD.io VPP platform
Mjasojedov, Igor ; Dvořák, Jan (referee) ; Koláčková, Aneta (advisor)
The development of the mobile networks of fifth-generation (5G) accomplishes the requirements of transported services. New applications and services put high pressure on bandwidth, reliability and flexibility of the data transport. Due to this trend, network technologies need to be developed to address it and ensure transmission quality. This master's thesis aims at the Segment Routing (SR) concept and its commitment to improving transport quality in the transport part of 5G mobile networks. SR allows the integration of network programming into the traditional design of transport networks. SR uses either MPLS (SR-MPLS) or IPv6 (SRv6) on the forwarding plane. This thesis aims at SRv6. The main goal of the thesis is to design and implement a communication scenario for the transport part of the network with the SRv6 protocol. Docker platform is used to create a topology with all its nodes. The VPP platform is used to enable SRv6 on top of this topology. VPP has the ability to be configured via NETCONF protocol thanks to the Honeycomb agent, which can process NETCONF messages and propagate them to the VPP configuration. This configuration is done by the program Ansible, which can send NETCONF configurations to all SR nodes with Honeycomb installed. Testing and verification of the topology with all SRv6 policies is handled by the TRex traffic generator.
VFA and CFA comparison
Vystrčil, Marek ; Hubálek, Jaromír (referee) ; Stehlík, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is focused on comparison of operational amplifiers structures with voltage (VFA) and current (CFA) feedback. In the theoretical part there is an analysis properties of operational amplifiers. Attention is paid to advantages of particular amplifiers in concrete networks. The practical part contains the simulations of those networks with an aim to assess characteristic properties and a difference between applied circuits. I used the operational amplifier µA741 for the simulation of the structure VFA. I used the amplifier AD8011 for the simulation with current feedback. I added the theoretical and practical differences between comparative structures.

Dynamika zahraničního obchodu Slovenské republiky se státy EU
Havlíčková, Martina
HAVLÍČKOVÁ, M., Dynamics of the comparative advantages in Slovak exports com-pared to the European Union. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno. 2017. The thesis deals with the evaluation of the development of Slovak exports in rela-tion to the changes that occurred after theaccession of the Slovac Republic to the EU or as a result of the crisis in 2008 and 2009 The data analysed in this thesis come from the website of the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic and Eurostat. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the dynamics of comparative advantages of the Slovak economy in terms of export some groups of products according to the classification SITC1 compared to the countries of the European Union using gravity model and regression analysis.
An analysis of crowdfunding in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and the United States in the example of comparing similar types of campaigns.
Slúka, Aleš ; Svobodová, Ivana (advisor) ; Zimmermann, Pavel (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with the exploring the business of crowdfunding, a relatively new way of financing using modern technology. The motivation of potentional investors or people needing investment to employ this method of funding is also discussed, comparing the course of specific similar campaigns in the countries named above, and the influence of the general campaign success. The theoretical part of the thesis defines crowdfunding its types, properties and the technological environment in which it currently operates. Selected crowdfunding platforms are also described, along with, the specifications that significantly impact, the structure of customers and investors. The practical component of the thesis deals with the comparison of the reward-based crowdfunding in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and the USA. The survey was conducted on the basis of the statistical analysis of the collected data, along with a questionnaire aimed at deducing the opinions of the public in relation to crowdfunding. The conclusion of this work is devoted to the formulation of knowledge gained from the empirical part of the work applicable to the local environment.
Analysis of the Use of Multimedia in Science Education
Odcházelová, Tereza ; Teodoridis, Vasilis (advisor) ; Vaníček, Jiří (referee) ; Kubiatko, Milan (referee)
Digital literacy is one of key competencies for lifelong learning. Although implementing multimedia (i.e. ICT) into the educational process has a global perspective, the curricular documents for compulsory school attendance in the Czech Republic (Rámcový vzdělávací program), Slovak Republic (Štátny vzdelávací program) and Germany (Bildungsstandards) do not emphasize this need. A review of the above mentioned documents indicated, that the general need to develop digital literacy of pupils across all school subjects is not formulated by these documents. Therefore, the personal opinions and beliefs of the teachers, their enthusiasm to use ICT, their level of computer literacy, school facilities and the approach of pupils to ICT, play the most important role with regard to the implementation of multimedia in the educational process. Accordingly, the combined research conducted by questionnaires and structured interviews, is aimed towards beliefs, opinions and experiences of pre-service and in-service teachers of biology and primary school pupils from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany. The research has involved 422 Czech, 205 Slovak and 136 German in-service biology teachers and 222 Czech, 100 Slovak and 84 German pre-service teachers. The questionnaires were also addressed to 442 Czech pupils...

The comparison of the development of unemployment in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic
Lohrová, Kateřina ; Pavelka, Tomáš (advisor) ; Skála, Marek (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to analyse the development of unemployment in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, and to find their differences with the main emphasis on the period after accession to the EU and the following effect the by economic crisis. The theoretical part provides the basic aspects related to unemployment, together with the chapter on the current state of knowledge of Czech and Slovak unemployment. At the beginning of the practical part, the development of unemployment in 1993-2003 is outlined, and it is followed by the main part of the work focused on the period 2004-2013. The particular chapters are focused on the accession of the CR and SR to the EU, changes in the structure of the economic status of the population in the labor market, precautious effecting unemployment and especially unemployment development with regard to the economic development of the states. Apart from the overall unemployment rate the attention is focused on the issue of long-term unemployment, the involvement of women, older workers and young job seekers in the labor market. The final part provides a summary of the differences found in the development of unemployment in the CR and SR and their probable causes.
