Business Plan for the Establisment of the Company Led Garden

This master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the business plan to found a company for all seasons indoor growing of herbs and other plants under artificial lighting. For lighting will be used LED lights technology. Due this the name of the company will be named LED GARDEN. The thesis follows the current situation on the local market in order to evaluate the economic attractiveness of the project.

This thesis focuses on changing the internal supply logistic. The first part provides theoretical knowledge, then is indtroduces the production company and analysis of the current state of current management inventory status. Based on the analysis I have proposed measures which are more efficient inventory management. Conditions needed for the implementation of these proposals are proposed as well. The analysis part offers quantified benefits of each proposal.

This thesis deals with development graphical user interface on Android platform for intelligent control system developed at FIT BUT. The thesis introduces a system BeeeOn, further explanation of principles of creating graphical interfaces for Android. The practical part discusses design and implementation of screens which extends an existing application. The concluding section evaluates achieved results using Google Analytics.
Sensor Based Motion Tracking and Recognition in Martial Arts Training

In various martial arts, competitors are interested in quantifying and categorising techniques which are exercised during training. The implementation of embedded systems into training gear, especially a portable wireless body worn system, based on inertial sensors, facilitates the quantification and categorisation of forces and accelerations involved during the training of martial arts. The scope of this paper is to give a brief overview of contemporary technology and devices, describe key methods that are implemented in such devices and as well to provide a project outline. For this reason a literature research was carried out using search engines and databases. The search yielded that devices are capable of tracking activities of daily life; however only one product was found which can track and recognise techniques applied in martial arts training just for the upper body. The realisation of a sensor based tracking system which can track and classify different exercises is possible with present technology. Even so, different challenges such as implementing a sensor fusion and classifier algorithm need to be overcome. Therefore, the project development has to be viewed as an iterative process.
Software for Communication and Configuration of JSD600 Data Collection Unit

This diploma thesis describes a JSD600 unit intended for mathematical processing, measuring and data recording. The JSD600 unit is highly intended for industrial measuring of water steam energy delivery.First part of the work focuses on basics of the JSD600 unit detailing and describing main structures and principles for relevant data storing.Next part summarizes some basic facts and knowledge from the area of industrial liquid flow, energy measuring and describes water steam states. All these points within this range are needed for dilemma understanding.Last task deals with complete list of communication datagrams, which have been used for communication with JSD600 unit, including a main packet of structure descriptions.The second part of this dissertation brings the unit setup application description including some implementation details of the most interesting parts.
Intelligent house for elderly people

Autor se zabývá otázkou inteligentních domů se zaměřením na seniory či postižené lidi. Jako srdce domu používá standardní počítač architektury x86 a SmartHome komunikační modul \cite{Doktor:2010} jako prostředek pro faktické ovládání vybavení domácnosti. Největším přínosem tohoto projektu je ve velmi intuitivním a jednoduchém uživatelském rozhraní. Toto rozhraní bylo speciálně navrženo, aby jej lidé rádi používali. Tohoto bylo dosaženo vytvořením MythTV plug-inu, běžícího pod GNU/Linux operačním systémem. Dalším významným přínosem je Fedora GNU/Linux instalační předpis, který automaticky nainstaluje a nakonfiguruje cílový počítač.
Intelligent LED Light

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and implement a prototype of intelligent LED lighting with the possibility of mixing cold white, warm white, red, green and blue colours. To create communication, control units including a W(LAN) unit that will allow communication outside this closed bus. This thesis is the first to describe light and its history. The design of the device itself consists of a 3D model of a prototype LED light embedded in the ceiling, followed by the selection of the specific circuits used. In the design, the shortcomings of today’s smart wiring systems were taken into account. The thesis concludes with a description of the hand-fitting of the circuit boards and the measurement results of the designed LED exciters.

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou projektového řízení ve firmě a k tomu využívá řadu nástrojů pro zachycení stavu tamní situace. Cílem analýzy je vytvoření teoretického výstupu, který slouží jako potřebný základ pro návrh vylepšení. Navrhována vylepšení jsou zpracována za použití standardních nástrojů projektového řízení a poskytují stručné a úplné shrnutí, které popisuje vylepšení v dostatečné míře, aby je bylo možné implementovat.
