Design and Implementation of CRM System Using Low-code Platform in the Corporate Environment
Obrtlík, Josef ; Mates,, Vojtěch (referee) ; Novák, Lukáš (advisor)
This master's thesis is focusing to create an operational CRM system in web interface of SystemBaker application in company environment – specifically for company named Mathesio s.r.o. In theoretical part there are explained concepts and technologies, which are needed to know to fully comprehend background of the developed application. Then there are introduced possible forms of developing this application, which serve for later assessment of economic benefits of this development form. In practical part there is de-scribed structure of database, use-cases and operational solution of this application and then economical assessment of benefits of this style of development.

Robotic Process Automation
Nezbeda, Martin ; Koch, Miloš (referee) ; Novák, Lukáš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the identification of a business process suitable for automation using RPA technology. The thesis first introduces the theoretical basis for the issue and analyzes the current state of the monitored organization. In the design part, a software robot is built to automate the selected process. At the end of the work, there is a summary of benefits and economic evaluation of the implementation of RPA techno-logy.

Methods of molecular diagnostics of parasitic helminths
Dejmková, Tereza ; Leontovyč, Roman (advisor) ; Škorpíková, Lucie (referee)
Helminthiases represent a significant health risk, therefore the use of effective and rapid diagnostic methods is essential, including molecular methods, which are summarized in presented thesis. The biology of important human helminth pathogens is summarized in the introductory part. The DNA isolation, visualisation and molecular methods are described in the following parts. The section about molecular methods is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on PCR and its modifications, the second part describes methods of isothermal DNA amplification, which represent more practical and effective alternative to PCR. The advantages, disadvantages of all methods and examples of helminthiases to which they have been applied are also discussed. The final part is about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the development of molecular diagnostic methods, during which were previously established protocols modified or new molecular methods were applied to increase the efficiency. The presented thesis brings an overview of molecular methods that were used to this day for diagnosis of helminthiases. At the same time the thesis discusses the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the development of molecular diagnostics and shows the possible future development of molecular diagnostic methods in the field of...

IT infrastructure monitoring system using robotic process automation
Valíček, Matěj ; Mikulášek, Michal (referee) ; Sikora, Marek (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor’s thesis was to create a tool for categorizing elektronic mail using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The categorization is based on a message with category „_TEMPLATE“ and the similarity of its subject with the subject of the incoming message. The robot further analyzes the punctuality of the messages and in case of delay, the administrator is notified about the situation. Finally, messages are moved to the archive folders so that only one message from each subject remains in the main folder at any time.

RPA Project Management
KASTNEROVÁ, Tereza
The work is focused on the research of the effectiveness of robotic process automation in companies. It examines not only its benefits and economic impact, but also the integration of this software robot into the company. How such a robot is accepted among employees and whether companies are subsequently satisfied with its help. Three interviews were conducted with companies that have experience with RPA. Their knowledge and experience subsequently helped to solve the goal of this work.

Stres management in Selected Organization
HARANT, Martin
The Master´s thesis "Robotic process automation (RPA) and its implementation in Controlling area" deals with the development of a software robot used to automate an administrative process within an RPA developer training. The thesis provides a description of the selected controlling process in the field of reporting logistics complaints in the company Robert Bosch, spol. s.r.o. and a description of its automation using Automation Anywhere software. The author introduced and described the various stages of development of an automated process solution, from design to its launch from a production system. After the implementation of the robot into the existing reporting in the company, its impact on the described process is monitored in terms of time and cost savings and calculating ROI of the solution. The thesis also deals with the design and development of graphical visualization of processed data in the form of an interactive dashboard using programming languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript to increase the transparency of data and their access. The conclusion of the thesis provides an evaluation of the impact of robotic automation of the reporting process and a look into the future, in which direction the use of RPA in companies might go.
