Disc trencher for mechanical soil preparation before to afforestation

This bachelor thesis deals with the complex design of a disc trencher carried by a tractor, power class up to 110 kW. The initial research presented methods of mechanical soil preparation prior to afforestation, examples of disc cutters available on the market and the machine design concept. In the next section, a complete CAD model of the entire disc trencher was presented, followed by a more detailed design of the individual components. The work also includes calculations to determine the power required to drive the machine and the choice of drive type for the disc wheels themselves. Strength calculations and subsequent checks were performed on the selected components. The result of this work is a complete assembly of the disc trencher and its drawing documentation.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the structure of a forwarding trailer and analytical stress calculations at specific joints. The first part of the thesis focuses on describing the components, researching similar trailer structures, and summarizing legislative requirements. Furthermore, the structure of the designed trailer is described, and analytical calculations are performed. The thesis also includes drawing documentation of the assembly and subassembly of the welded frame.
Topology optimization of frame

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of topological optimization of machine components, specifically frame optimization. The first part describes the different methods and techniques of topological optimization. The second part contains the actual solution of topological optimization on a selected frame. In conclusion, the results of this work are summarized and evaluated, and finally compared with the baseline frame.
Wood log splitter

The scope of the bachelor's thesis is to design a wood log splitter for domestic use up to a maximum diameter of the split log of 400 mm and a maximum length of 1100 mm, so that the splitting power achieves at least 120 kN. Furthermore, to create a critical research for similar splitters, to design a concept according to the specified parameters and to do the functional calculation of the splitter´s equipment and to design particular components of the splitter. Tractor trailer for transporting hop vines

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a tractor trailer for transporting hop vines. The first part contains a research analysis of similar trailers and legislation. In the next part is analysed construction of the trailer, analytical calculations of dimensional and functional properties and chosing components. The last part consists of strength analysis critical points of the frame and chosen construction details with its evaluation. Partial drawing documentation is also included.
Stress-strain analysis of the LKDS800 frame

This diploma thesis deals with frame of the two-point crank press LKDS800, which was designed by company ŽĎAS a.s. Frame is welded construction creating the base of the press which has mass approximately 90 tonnes. Aim of this study was to perform strain-stress analysis of the frame. From obtained results perform optimization of mass this frame leading to reduce material costs and machining. In the process is frame loaded by nominal forces from the shearing process, under its own weight and inertia forces caused by moving components. As a result of the dynamic loading in welded joints there are risks of fatigue fracture. The manufacturer of the press is required to find the most loaded welded joint and it to assess the fatigue life.

Pedestrian bridge in Staré Město

Bachelor’s thesis “Pedestrian bridge in the village Staré Město” is focused on reinforced concrete of pedestrian bridge for walkers and bikers. The pedestrian bridge we can find on the river called Krupá. The structure is considered as a frame. The goal of the work is suggest a horizontal part of the frame and supporting wall. Calculations were made in the program called Scia Engineer. Appraisals were made by hand.
