Quality control analysis of fuel tanks

In my bachelor's thesis, I focused on quality control, where understanding the entire issue and the essence of individual tests required examining the production process. Each type of production has its strengths and weaknesses, so I aimed to highlight these factors throughout my work. Subsequently, I delved into individual tests, deliberately selecting them so that each test evaluated a different parameter. This was followed by recommendations for improvement in practice, focusing on dimensional control to enhance production efficiency while minimizing time consumption. The main aim of this recommendation was to reduce scrap rates by at least one-third. I assessed the suitability of equipment using a multi-criteria evaluation method, ultimately identifying the most suitable equipment based on designated criteria, including measurement speed, measurement accuracy, price, safety and many others.
Technological stage of the rough superstructure of an library in Veselí nad Moravou

The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to develop a technological project for the technological stage of the rough upper structure. For this work, I chose the construction of a new library in the town of Veselí nad Moravou. The project was created by Ing. Katarína Božková as part of her diploma thesis at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Brno University of Technology. It is a public amenity building. The library also includes a bookstore and a café. The technological prescription is prepared for reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings. Additionally, I will address the logistics of transportation routes, the bill of quantities, the design of the construction site setup, the selection of machinery, work safety, the inspection and testing plan, and the schedule plan.
Design and implementation of display sniffer on embedded targets

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá overením funkcionality grafického rozhrania v integrovaných systémoch. Súčasné prístupy využívajúce kamerové systémy pre optickú kontrolu sú charakterizované nedostatočnou spoľahlivosťou, vysokými nákladmi, náročnou údržbou a náročnosťou na priestorové umiestnenie. Cieľom tejto práce je analyzovať a navrhnúť nový prístup k získavaniu grafických dát, ktorý bude založený na spoľahlivej technológii. Konkrétne riešenie využíva technológiu FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) a celý systém je implementovaný na vývojovej platforme PYNQ. Táto platforma zároveň obsahuje server s API, čo umožňuje jednoduchší prístup k získaným dátam. Výsledkom tejto práce je nová metóda overenia funkcionality grafického rozhrania vstavaných systémov, ktorá bude spĺňať požadované kritériá spoľahlivosti a účinnosti. Takýto prístup by mohol nájsť uplatnenie v priemysle a prispieť k zlepšeniu kvality a efektívnosti kontroly kvality integrovaných systémov.
Preparation of the implemantation of the rough superstructure of the office building Ypsilon

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve the technological stage of the rough top construction for the construction of an office building in the town of Šamorín. The construction system of the office building is a wall system, made of Porotherm blocks. The ceiling structures consist of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The content of the work is the preparation of a technological prescription for vertical and horizontal load-bearing structures, a technical report of the construction-technological project, a construction timetable for the specified technological stage, a site situation with broader transport relations, a construction organisation including a drawing of the site equipment, a budget for the rough top construction and an inspection and testing plan. Furthermore, the work deals with traffic routes to the site, occupational health and safety, the design of the machine assembly and a comparison of the design options for the horizontal structure.
Activities of the SKPOS National Service Center

The National Service Center of the Slovak Real-time Positioning Service (SKPOS NSC) does not perform only operation of the national positioning service, management of the service users and handling of the control software. It ensures many other interesting activities, such as detailed testing of the real-time service, checking the data quality of the SKPOS reference stations, processing the SKPOS network using Bernese software, analyzing the geokinematics of Slovakia, modernization of the network by searching for suitable potential locations for new reference stations or building the so-called National Reflector Network connecting GNSS and InSAR technologies. To work with data SKPOS NSC uses commercial software, as well as its own developed applications and scripts. It also operates a website and a Facebook funpage. In addition, NSC SKPOS is an EPN operation center, which manages reference stations in Slovakia included in the permanent EUREF network (EPN), contributes with daily or weekly network coordinate solutions to the EPN Densification project. Within the E-GVAP and HUSKROUA projects, it contributes with hourly near-real-time station data to the weather forecast predictions. Besides that, it performs quality control of selected international real-time networks within the European Position Determination System (EUPOS) initiative. Extension of Stores and Cloakrooms in Frýdek-Místek, Gross Superstructure

This bachelor thesis deals with the technological phase of implementing the upper shell construction of an extension of stores and cloakrooms. The main supporting element is a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame. Roof structure is made from trapezoidal sheet and prestressed concrete slab.
Machine vision for product inspection

The diploma thesis deals with machine vision in connection with robotic production systems. The theoretical part deals with machine vision hardware, principles and characteristics of machine vision, typical tasks in connection with machine vision, robot guidance using a camera, logical tasks for image processing in the TwinCAT program. The practical part focuses on the design of a robotic workplace with a camera to control the rotation of the part. This workplace was first put into operation virtually and then tested at a real workplace.
Residence Dlouha - Building Contruction Project

The subject of this diploma thesis is the building construction project of Residence Dlouha in Olomouc. It is an apartment building with two to four floors and a basement with garages. The diploma thesis contains a time and finance schedule, a site equipment project and technological procedure of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor and a green roof including a quality control. Moreover, a set of machines, usage options of a tower crane or a mobile crane and usage options of a mobile pump or a concrete container have been processed for this building. During the building process it is cared about work safety and environment protection.
Draft measures to reduce customer complaints

This diploma thesis deals with customer complaints of headlamps in Automotive Lighting s.r.o. The goal is to analyze the state of customer complaints for 2018 and to evaluate the biggest source of nonconformities in terms of the type of complaint based on Pareto analysis. The thesis focuses on solution of one particular type of complaint. The key part of the thesis is also the processing of the process analysis, the evaluation of the causes of the complaint and the draft of corrective measures that would eliminate the problem. The conclusion of the thesis contains evaluation of the proposed corrective measures, including from the economic point of view.
Machine vision for robot guidance

Master's thesis deals with the design, assembly, and testing of a camera system for localization of randomly placed and oriented objects on a conveyor belt with the purpose of guiding a robot on those objects. The theoretical part is focused on research in individual components making a camera system and on the field of 2D and 3D localization of objects. The practical part consists of two possible arrangements of the camera system, solution of the chosen arrangement, creating testing images, programming the algorithm for image processing, creating HMI, and testing the complete system.
