The main aim of the work is analysis of Toulcův dvůr in Prague and its activities stressing the product for the visitors as well as its promotion. The next task is to consider its meaning and position in the tourism of Prague.
(De)regulation of the taxiservice

This thesis is focused on taxi service, which is one of the most regulated services in a modern society. State intervenes into this branch not only by barriers of entry but also by price regulation. I try to take a think if the state intervention is the best solution for its effective function. As the theoretical ground of my investigation I used the general theories of regulation and findings of foreign studies that deal with this market. As the specific example I used the market of taxi service in Prague, which has not been enjoying a good reputation. I try to map its situation and judge the regulation imposed on it. I target the price regulation which has been established since 1991. I sketch the main impacts of price deregulation and the other solution of contemporary situation.
Analysis of the Consumers' Shopping Behaviour in Selected Locality

Bachelor thesis briefly describes a development of shopping behaviour of the customers and names the most important factors influencing customer. In the second part, retail network in Prague is characterized. The next chapter describes the way of acquiring the data for the analysis and the last chapter contains the analysis of customers' shopping behaviour from Prague on the basis of its author's survey.
Prague Ring Road

Prague ring road is one of the most important constructions of Prague and Central Bohemia. When completed, it will become one of routes with the heaviest traffic in the Czech Republic. In my thesis I deal with the past, present and future of Prague ring road. I have mentioned its individual parts as well as its links to urban circuit. The main focus is on the most problematic part of the circuit, namely the northwestern segment.
Incidence of taxes and public welfare projects on homless persons in Prague

This thesis researchs how finance and financial flows of homeless people affect public budgets and other way round how the public budgets affect people without home. The paper defines homelessness, number of homeless people in Prague and laws that deals with homeless people. In the next part it is described taxation of homeless people. Resources of public budget that are consumed by homeless people are briefly examined at the end of the thesis.
Comparison of the selected means of transport systems of Amsterdam and Prague

The theoretical part contains the description of public city transport and its history, preferences, tariffs and layout configuration, integrated transport system and means of transport used in public transport. The practical part aims at analysing the basic data from the history, transport and tariff systems, the tickets used, and types of transport vehicles. The third part then compares the transport systems of both cities.
Comparison of Prague's and London's websites

The main theme of the work is global analyse and comparison of Prague's and London's websites. At first treats of the Internet, then focus to the specific websites. The text also contains case studies of structure searching. Then the work describes the most important parts of websites, like usability, accessibility, information value and graphic design. After that there is the creation a system of evaluation and it's applied to chosen websites. These results are verified by user test. At the end of the work is final comparison, and few concepts for websites improvement.
Congress Tourism in the Czech Republic

This diploma paper deals with a description and an analysis of the position of the Czech Republic and its regions in the field of the Congress Tourism. The first part of the paper contains a theoretic definition of the Congress Tourism. The another part devotes itself to the position of the Congress Tourism in the world and there are international organizations operating in the area of the Congress Tourism mentioned, and also a comparison of individual countries, or more precisely cities, by the medium of international statistics presented. Furthermore, there is a position of the Czech Republic as a whole described, most important organizations specified and a position of the regions based on the data of the Czech Statistical Office outlined. The last part of the diploma paper contains a description of the conditions for the Congress Tourism of the individual regions of the Czech Republic. At the conclusion, there are knowledges from the previous parts summarized.
