Práce zkoumá, jak dopadají finance a finanční toky lidí bez domova, na veřejné rozpočty a naopak, jak se dotýkají veřejné rozpočty lidí bez domova. V práci je vymezeno bezdomovectví, počet bezdomovců v Praze a zákony, které se bezdomovců týkají. V další části je zobrazeno zdanění příjmu bezdomovců a nakonec je částečně zkoumáno, jaké prostředky z veřejných rozpočtů a v jaké výši jsou bezdomovci prokazatelně zpotřebovány. This thesis researchs how finance and financial flows of homeless people affect public budgets and other way round how the public budgets affect people without home. The paper defines homelessness, number of homeless people in Prague and laws that deals with homeless people. In the next part it is described taxation of homeless people. Resources of public budget that are consumed by homeless people are briefly examined at the end of the thesis.
