Master´s thesis is the proposal of real business plan for the re-opening of a music club Beseda in Hodonín city. Business plan was set in as reactions for proposal of city Hodonín, which is offering zero rental of area associated with operation of a club to potencional client. As a main information source for procesing of this work i used output of consultation with previous user of this club with assumption, that progress of situation of this club is perfectly reflecting current situation on this market.

Development Strategy of Family Business

The master thesis is focused on strategy of development of family business company Ing. Ján Buchanec Technik, which is trading company. In the first part of the master thesis there are theoretical notes. In the second part there are introduced characteristic of company, individual parts of strategic analysis and evaluation of the results of these analysis. The last part concern recommendation, which should have a positive impact on the further development of the family company.

Marketing Plan of the Aircraft L410 NG from Aircraft Industries, a.s.

This master´s thesis deals with compiling a marketing plan for L 410 NG aircraft, manufactured by Aircraft Industries a.s.. The first part includes general theoretical knowledge, focusing on the process of formulating a plan by analyzing the external environment SLEPTE , Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis and marketing mix 5P. In the second analytical part, the fundamental theory is applied to the company. On the basis of the results achieved, the individuals steps of a new marketing plan, including costs and time schedule are formulated in the final part of the thesis.

Analysis of the Selected Company by Using the Selective Methods

The diploma thesis analyzes the company according to selected economic methods. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the individual methods are explained. Especially the PESTEL method, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, McKinsey 7S model and Kralicek Quick Test. In the practical part, these methods are applied for the analysis of company status. The results were used to compile the SWOT analysis. Based on the resulting strategy, suggestions are made to improve the company's current situation.

Analysis of ZOO Brno Attendance

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse visitation of the zoological garden in Brno and to make recommendations which could result in higher values of visitation. The major causes of the fluctuation in visitation are found out and the econometric model is created. Due to this model, we can predict the future values of the reference indicator. In order to determine the interdependence between Zoo Brno attendance and the number of guests accommodated in the South Moravian Region, the econometrics model of South Moravia Region visitation was created too. Based on the analysis of external and internal environment, recommendations which could positively influence Zoo Brno attractiveness and number of its visitors are suggested. All used methods of analysis and creating model are presented in the theoretical part of this diploma thesis.

Financing of Business Activities

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the financing of business activities. In my thesis I focused on financing a new working place in the company. Thesis is divided into 3 main sections. The first part focused on the theoretical description of the different types of financing and the types of companies, which finance their business activities, and the theoretical definition of analyzes. The second part deals with individual analyzes aplied into a specific company. The last part contains finding the most apropriate form of financing for business activities.
