The bachelor's thesis addresses the development of business activities of a company that provides sport fishing and operates a restaurant that serves as a background for fishermen. The theoretical basis is based on analyzes of the external environment, internal environment and analysis of the field environment. The results of the analyzes will be summarized in a SWOT analysis. All analyzes will help determine the company's position in the market and recommend proposals for the development of further business activities.

This section describes the company, in general its functions and marketing mix of the company. Research is based on theoretical part. There are propose research methods, analysis and qualitative research marketing mix of the chosen company. In the third part of the thesis are individual suggestions for improving the marketing mix of the company.

Strategic Analysis of International School of Business and Management

The aim of the thesis is to make a strategic analysis of the newly opened private school by University of Economics, Prague. For analysis of external environment is used PEST model and Porter's model of Five Competitive Forces. Special attention is paid to description of Czech-MBA-schools market. Internal environment is described by analysis of company's resources. Outputs from partial analyses are summarised in SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis serves than for formulation of strategic recommendation to ISBM.
