The theme of this thesis is draft of measures body related with changes in sick benefit system. The goal of this thesis is the analysis of impact of changes in sick benefit system on employer and the draft of measures for the subject. There is a description of sick benefit system used in CR and in other countries EU in this thesis. There is a describtion of the changes and the impacts on employer are analysed. The last part of the thesis is composed by draft of measures related with these changes.

Issues of Sum Insured and Premium Determination in Property Insurance

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to describe the issue of sum insured determination and insurance fee assessment. In the first part the insurance appraisal using metodics of insurance business are compared to real estate value assessed in accordance with law and finally to structural budget price. The second part deals with actuarial mathematics, on which the insurance rate calculation is based. Furthermore, factors having an effect on final insurance pricing are commented on. Both of these parts come with a conclusion and recommendations for all who are interested in entering into a contract. Some sound principles to follow when concluding an insurance contract of this type are also mentioned.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of selected indicators of the insurance brokers company using time series. The first part describes the theoretical bases to explain the statistical methods, which are used in the regression analysis and time series analysis. The practical part focuses on the analysis of selected indicators with the possibility of data alignment and prediction for future progress.

This thesis examinate by insurance frauds in transport. The thesis is thematicly divided to main individual parts. In the first part are summarized the theoretical concepts which pursue these issues. The second part focuses on a survey among the public regarding insurance frauds. The main target of this thesis is describing the current state of trade, where the main target will suggest more advantageous and more effective solutions for business based on the detected information and then will be applied to the practice.

The bachelor's thesis discusses the issue of personal income tax and optimization of tax liability. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part is focused on the interpretation of concepts and introduction to the topic. The analytical part describes a fictitious income taxpayer. The design part describes calculation of the tax liability and insurance premiums for social and health insurance using different methods of tax optimization. In conclusion, the most advantageous option is recommended.
