Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popis problematiky stanovení pojistné částky a dále stanovení pojistného v majetkovém pojištění. V první části je řešeno srovnání metodik užívaných pojišťovnami s oceněním stavby dle zákona č. 151/1997 Sb., o oceňování majetku a dále s reálnou cenou stavby stanovenou položkovým rozpočtem. Druhá část se zabývá pojistnou matematikou, na jejímž základě jsou stanoveny sazby pojistného a dále faktory, podílejícími se na stanovení konečné výše pojistného. Každá z těchto částí přináší závěry a doporučení pro případné zájemce o uzavření pojištění nemovitosti včetně zásad, které mají na základě zjištěných faktů dodržovat. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to describe the issue of sum insured determination and insurance fee assessment. In the first part the insurance appraisal using metodics of insurance business are compared to real estate value assessed in accordance with law and finally to structural budget price. The second part deals with actuarial mathematics, on which the insurance rate calculation is based. Furthermore, factors having an effect on final insurance pricing are commented on. Both of these parts come with a conclusion and recommendations for all who are interested in entering into a contract. Some sound principles to follow when concluding an insurance contract of this type are also mentioned.
