Noise Analysis of Basic Circuits for Analog Signal Processing
Humpolíková, Michaela ; Sládok, Ondřej (referee) ; Kubánek, David (advisor)
The cause of noise in analog circuits is a problem of quality in output signals. There are many reasons of its occurrence, noise is caused by components connected into the circuit, and the assembly itself. This bachelor thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge about noise analysis. Noise measurement in circuits can now be calculated with PSpice, the results are used for the design of low noise circuits. In the contained practical analysis of the circuits were achieved the results for the suitable designing of low noise circuits.
Application possibilities of LNVGA programmable amplifier
Sobotka, Josef ; Hanák, Pavel (referee) ; Jeřábek, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the theoretical description of the qualitative characteristics and parameters of some modern active elements, also discusses the theory of signal flow graphs at the level applicable for the following frequency filter design methods. The thesis is also generally discussed the issue with the circuit simulator PSpice modeling theory and voltage amplifiers on the basic 6-levels. The practical part of the work is divided into two parts. The first practical part is dedicated to design four levels of simulation model of components LNVGA element. The second practical part contains detailed theoretical proposals for three circuit structures implementing the frequency filters 2nd order (based on the basic structure of the OTA-C) using signal flow graphs with configuration options of Q and fm based on the parameters of active elements in the peripheral structure and their verification with prepared LNVGA model layers.
Dynamic model of synchronous machine with magnetic equivalent circuit
Svetlík, Martin ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
The thesis focuses on constructing dynamic model - synchronous generator with using magnetic equivalent circuit diagrams. The model construction is based on knowledge of geometric parameters, magnetic characteristic of used material and fyzical deployment of vindings placed in stator slots. Computed reults are compared with results optained from model created with finite element method.
Audio amplifier with PWM modulation for laboratory measurements
Holub, Josef ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Tomáš (advisor)
This paper deals with the theoretical analysis of the essential parts of amplifier operating in Class D. It describes the principles and the relationship between the individual blocks. The second part deals with the design of the block connection of a switched amplifier for a laboratory device. The design part contains calculations, justification of the selection of individual components and integrated circuits and schematic connection within the individual blocks. Some blocks are simulated using PSpice and FilterFree. The work also deals with the structural design of the jig and the creation of a 3D model. The annex is contained overall diagram of an amplifier and a complete reference material for production.
PSpice library of circuit elements with selfheating
Šrut, Martin ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Kolka, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis is devoted to the topic PSpice library of circuit elements with selfheating, which deals with the lack of temperature in the PSpice and design models of the resistor, diode and transistor to the treatment of this problem. The thesis describes theoretically Electrothermal analogy, creating a thermal equivalent circuit model and the theory of creation diodes and transistors. The next step is a theoretical design procedure of general circuit, theory of system libraries and netlist in PSpice and a description of ways of creating subcircuits. Their own solution the whole thesis is creating a model of a resistor, diode and transistor with self-heating. Furthermore, the results are shown simulations of the models. Transistor model is tested on the output stage audio amplifier together with a model heatsink.
Design of switch-mode audio power amplifier
Macek, Libor ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Brančík, Lubomír (advisor)
This paper is divided into four parts. The first part deals with the description and explanation of the general principles of switching concept amplifiers. The second part is occupied with design of Class-D amplifier, a description of each block and calculations. A significant part of proposal of amplifier is based on simulations from programs Pspice and Filter Free. In the third part deign of power unit is discussed. The last part is focused on the measurement results on a prototype device.
Models of transistors of CMOS 0.35 um process for PSpice
Veverka, Vojtěch ; Dvořák, Radek (referee) ; Šotner, Roman (advisor)
The master’s thesis focuses on model designing of active components for PSpice simulator. Creation of models are based on text description, which is avaible in Cadence Spectre libraries. The aim of this thesis is approximate conversion of CMOS and bipolar tranzistors based on I3T 0.35 m technology. Simulation’s results and their comparation are discussed below.
Software tool for conversion circuit design from Spice netlist format to graphical format
Forman, Zdeněk ; Prokop, Roman (referee) ; Kadlec, Jaroslav (advisor)
User interface for conversion of circuit connection, which is registred in SPICE netlist format in appropriate graphic presentation, is very interesting. Not a lot of software packages focused on processing of electrotechnic schemes have this interesting option. Generating of graphic representation of netlist is based on analysis of text account of network and location of parts to drawing cloth. These parts are located on the basis of coveted loops of network. System for dislocation contains undefined parts for faster algorithm of dislocation. This kind of software can be used every time when is necessary to create some graphic representation of tested network.
Electromagnetic actuator of simple objects
Kolek, Andrej ; Dufek, Ivo (referee) ; Hadinec, Michal (advisor)
The main objective of this work is to study the principles of the movement of very small bodies using electromagnetic forces. The first part is acquainted with the theory of electromagnetism and the second part will focus on the already functioning device, called coil gun. In the end, I will make several practical measurments, results will be compared against theoretical assumption and take measure it.
Ultrasound blood flow detector
Vožda, Michal ; Dlouhý, Jiří (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with Doppler methods of measuring blood flow in blood vessels and a simple design with a continuous wave for the 4 MHz frequency and intensity of ultrasound 100 mW/cm2. The work contains a description of the functional blocks and design of their involvement. Individual blocks are simulated in PSpice.
