Modern approaches to maintenance in engineering practice
Vašíček, Martin ; Hájková, Alena (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on maintenance. The first part presents the current maintenance standard entitled "Maintenance-Maintenance Terminology" and the older standard with the same name, which was replaced by the current standard. The work describes the types of maintenance according to each of these standards and compares them with each other. In the second part, modern approaches to maintenance in engineering practice are presented. The third part is focused on one of these modern approaches, namely TPM. The fourth part is focused on the implementation of TMP in two companies.
Measurement of Production Overall Equipment Effectiveness
Žanda, Miroslav ; Novák, Josef (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma work deals with measurement of Production Overall Equipment Effectiveness in manufacturing company Alfa. Firstly, is processed the theoretical part concerning general production, TPM, lean manufacturing and OEE. After than is described the company, monitored device and technology used by the device. In the final section is evaluated the OEE for January, February and March; analyze downtimes, mistakes and losses and their solutions are proposed. The last chapter is devoted to the economic evaluation of the proposal.
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in Business Practice
Morcinková, Lenka ; Nahodil, Petr (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
Master’s thesis is concerned with maintenance management in manufacturing companies focusing on TPM. The first part of the thesis deals with the topic theoretically and proposes possible solution in company Siemens Electric Machines s.r.o. based on system analysis. The practical part then describes the current state of maintenance management and recommend various measures to improve autonomous, scheduled and reactive maintenance in this company.
Implementation of Total Effectiveness of Mechanism for Production Processes Improving
Koppová, Aneta ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on monitoring production machines efficiency in the Siemens s. r. o., o. z. Elektromotory Mohelnice company via the Overall equipment effectiveness indicator. The aim of the work was to analyze the current state of machine monitoring, to evaluate existing solutions, and to propose further development options. The analysis of the current state contains a description of the data collection method used, an evaluation of the data, and a visualization of the results. The information served as a basis for determining a scheme according to which the company will focus on the most important machines and draw up an action plan in order to reduce downtime and, consequently, increase production productivity.
Modern approaches to maintenance in engineering practice
Jiroušek, Lukáš ; Konečný, Antonín (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The thesis deals with maintenance and implementation of modern maintenance approaches in engineering practice. The present thesis focuses on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The first part of the thesis defines the general characteristics of maintenance, its division, including an analysis of maintenance types. In the context of maintenance according to the technical condition, the methods of technical diagnostics such as vibrodiagnostics, thermodiagnostics, tribodiagnostics and acoustic diagnostics are also introduced. The second part of the thesis focuses on the philosophy and description of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) including the individual pillars and the evaluation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The third part deals with the actual practical implementation of TPM at Schaeffler Production CZ s.r.o, with emphasis on autonomous maintenance, e-maintenance and the 7S concept. The final part of the thesis summarizes the benefits and advantages that can be observed by implementing the TPM method in Schaeffler Production CZ s.r.o.
