Práce se zabývá problematikou sledování efektivnosti výrobních strojů ve firmě Siemens s. r. o., o. z. Elektromotory Mohelnice, prostřednictvím ukazatele celkové efektivnosti zařízení. Cílem bylo analyzovat současný stav sledování strojů, zhodnotit stávající řešení a navrhnout možnosti dalšího rozvoje. Analýza současného stavu obsahuje popis způsobu sběru dat, jejich vyhodnocení a vizualizaci výsledků. Informace byly podkladem pro stanovení návrhu, kdy se firma zaměří na klíčové stroje, sestaví akční plán s cílem snížit prostoje a tím zvýšit produktivitu výroby. The bachelor thesis is focused on monitoring production machines efficiency in the Siemens s. r. o., o. z. Elektromotory Mohelnice company via the Overall equipment effectiveness indicator. The aim of the work was to analyze the current state of machine monitoring, to evaluate existing solutions, and to propose further development options. The analysis of the current state contains a description of the data collection method used, an evaluation of the data, and a visualization of the results. The information served as a basis for determining a scheme according to which the company will focus on the most important machines and draw up an action plan in order to reduce downtime and, consequently, increase production productivity.
