Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza odbytu ve vybraném podniku. Na základě teoretických poznatků a koncepcí posoudit, zda vybraný podniku používá nástroje odbytové politiky správně a efektivně. Praktická část vychází z marketingového průzkumu, makroekonomických a vnitropodnikových dat, na jejichž základě jsou zjištěné skutečnosti konfrontovány se skutečností. Závěr práce je potom věnován konkrétním doporučením pro odbytovou politiku vybraného podniku.

An examination of economic indexes of the company using time series analysis

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of statistical methods, time series and regressive analysis, as the effective tool for evaluation of characteristics and efficiency of the company and its outer surroundings, mainly macroeconomic. The goal will be to analyze the data by this means, to compare them and to make the conclusions. From the knowledge of historical data and forecasting preconditions for the future, the company will gain clearer image about strategy and its direction.

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze a specific business process in AKI ELECTRONIC company. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical part of the thesis aims to define and explain various logistical concepts and terms . Second part describes and analysis the company’s current situation. This part also includes an analysis of a specific business process management. The final part then proposes possible solutions of the problems detected in the analysis, which would lead to business process improvement and more satisfied customers.

Bachelors thesis Possibilities of cropping medicinal plants in selected location is focused on detailed research of location which has been chosen for this purpose. It acquaints with its exact coordinates and locates the area on the map. It offers a detailed descriptions and rules that apply here for the movement of persons and plant cropping. Subsequently, the selected location was monitored during the vegetation period in 2016 and the presence of the species of medicinal plants. Based on available sales possibilities and the number of occurrences of found species has been selected those, whose collection was considered as the most effective. The cropped plant species are detaily described in the thesis. Also there are included the possibilities of their sales and the evaluation of the profitability of the crop in the selected location. The most profitable species seems to be klamath weed, oregano, common nettle and common agrimony. Other found species are characterized in less detail. It has been found that the collected quantity is not effectively sold to ransom. It is suitable for domestic use or for local market.

Bachelor thesis Statistical analysis of the result of the production and marketing of bakery Josef BEDŘICH al. Ltd. analyzes production and sales for the period 2005 - 2013. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts associated with the business of small and medium-sized companies, manufacturing, sales and management company. Analytical part is focused on the calculation and assessment of production and sales indicators of the company Josef BEDŘICH al. s. r. o., describes the characteristics of productivity, production, sales and financial analysis in the period, including an analysis of revenue. The result of the analysis shows evaluation results of the company during the reporting period and on the basis of these findings. In conclusion the results and recommendations for the future development of the company based on the results of the analytical work are formulated.

The aim of this thesis is to process and evaluate UZEI (MZe) data for organic agricultural produce and sales of the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic in 2011, followed by structural and geographic regional analysis, based on the graphical output (production maps, charts and sales diagrams). Analysis involved also current processing capacity and selected sales formats in the region.

The topic of this thesis is the commercial strategy of the company UJP PRAHA a.s. for trading in foreign markets, or possibly for entering new markets. The thesis generally deals with the company's commercial policy including the analysis of competitors, the list of methods of the products selling and promotion and also the brief overview of market needs. Another part of the thesis contains the analysis of sales opportunities showing the most perspective territories for trading. Finally it concludes with a proposition of concrete recommendations leading to the sales increase and the future position of the company in the world markets.
