Proposal mechanical workshop in a small engineering company
Smrkal, David ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with proposal mechanical workshop in a small engineering company. A disposition is proposed for component the gear. It must produce 150 000 pieces per year. The mechanical workshop is intended for serial production of gears, where design gear is supposed to be the most complicated product. On the basis of the literary study a problem of arrangement of workplaces and principle issues of designing mechanical workshop was designed a hall, which was situated in a subject arrangement. Machines are placed according to technological process. The width of hall was chosen a standardized value 18 m. By means of the capacity calculations were determined numbers of machines, workers and the place of the mechanical workshop.
Layout solution of a small workmanship within a given company
Urban, Antonín ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the process of making a disposition draft of a small machineshop producing 70000 bearing housings per year. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on fundamentals of designing machining production units. Practical part describes in detail the process of designing dispositional solution for the machineshop which is based on performed capacity calculations. These calculations were used as a guide in the process of designing two diferent machineshops. The first one is fitted with conventional machining devices whereas the second machineshop uses CNC mills to produce the housing. These two projects are compared to each other to give reader a better picture on which machineshop of the two is better.
Layout solution of a small workmanship within a given company
Bodnár, Daniel ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
Thesis is focused on machining workshop layout design for hot runner nozzle production. Production volume is 9,000 pcs/year. Theoretical part describes workflow and principles of technological design process. Based on capacity calculations, two variants of production plant layout were designed. The frist design has an area of 237 m2, the second one 211 m2. The two variants were evaluated in terms of technical and economical aspects.
Optimization of the technical-technological process of the mechanical workshop with partial robot design
Dlask, Vítek ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to optimize the production process of the mechanical workshop for the company KNORR - BREMSE Systémy pro užitková vozidla ČR, s.r.o. The objective is to shorten the secondary production time periods and reduce the production area for individual workplaces. After the analysis of the existing state of the mechanical workshop, production was optimized by replacing the machines with new ones supplemented by the automatic rebuilding of technological pallets and partial automation of the production process by using robotic workstations. The new solutions were then critically evaluated in the final part of the thesis. The thesis includes drawings of the new plan of the mechanical workshop and the individual robot workstations.
Layout solution of the machining center producing the shaft component
Göth, Karel ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a machining center for a shaft-shaped component. For the design of the machine shop, it is necessary to obtain information from the production process and the drawing. This information, together with the number of pieces produced per year and the standard time for each machining operation, will allow the design to be carried out. In the first step, it is necessary to carry out capacity calculations, which will give us the necessary number of workers, machines, manual workplaces and production and non-production areas. Following this, it is necessary to place the machines on the production area based on the established method of arranging the machines. In addition to the production equipment, various other aspects of the production hall will also be located in this step, such as toilets, changing rooms, foremen's office, workshops, etc. It is necessary to ensure the optimal location of the individual parts of the production with the help of the Sankey diagram, which will allow us to visualize the material flow. The flow of material needs to be solved at multiple levels, namely inter-object transport of material, inter-operational transfers of material, technological operations with material and waste management. At the end, an economic evaluation of the proposed giant will be carried out.
