Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem obrobny v malém strojírenském podniku. Dispozice je navržena pro součást ozubené kolo. Za rok se musí vyrobit 150 000 ks. Obrobna má sloužit pro sériovou výrobu ozubených kol, kde navrhované kolo má být nejsložitější výrobek. Na základě literární studie problematiky uspořádání pracovišť a zásad problematiky projektování obrobny byla navržena hala, která je situována v předmětném uspořádání. Stroje jsou uspořádány podle technologického postupu. Šířka lodě haly byla zvolena typizovanou hodnotou 18 m. Pomocí kapacitních propočtů byly určeny počty strojů, dělníků a ploch v obrobně. Bachelor thesis deals with proposal mechanical workshop in a small engineering company. A disposition is proposed for component the gear. It must produce 150 000 pieces per year. The mechanical workshop is intended for serial production of gears, where design gear is supposed to be the most complicated product. On the basis of the literary study a problem of arrangement of workplaces and principle issues of designing mechanical workshop was designed a hall, which was situated in a subject arrangement. Machines are placed according to technological process. The width of hall was chosen a standardized value 18 m. By means of the capacity calculations were determined numbers of machines, workers and the place of the mechanical workshop.
