System of safety at work in a building company

Occupational health and safety is nowadays one of the most important things, which must be solved by everyone who is responsible for his employees. This thesis deals with a specific occupational health and safety system in a building company. Its task is to introduce the basic legislation of the occupational safety in the Czech Republic and then to describe and propose an improvement of occupational health and safety system in a particular building company. The theoretical part describes basic legislation of the occupational safety in our country, the second part of the thesis gives us the idea of the occupational health and safety system in the company Ekostavby Louny Ltd. Next part describes how the system of occupational health and safety works in practice. The last part contains the summary of all fundamental information and a proposal of improvement of the present occupational health and safety system.

Urbánková T. The manager of the building company as the technician for the safety of work. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the safety and the protection of the health while working in the building industry. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The main terms and the jurist adjustment related to “BOZP” are analysed at the beginning of the first part. In the next step the thesis aims at the safety of building industry with connection to rights and duties of employees and employers, the training, the safety labelling, the workplace and so on. In this thesis the attention is paid for the importance of the management of the companies and the safety technician. In the part of my own research there are analysed the single parts in the particular company that are adhered by the company and how is it going with the issue of safety there. The prospective solutions of the detected absences that could boldly help to improve the activities of the company are suggested.

The theme of this thesis is occupational safety and health. The thesis contains legislation of occupational health and safety, basic concepts related to this topic, occupational health and safety management, risk analysis methods. The second part is focused on occupational safety and health at manufacturing company. In this section, the functioning of OSH in the company through internal documents and questionnaires is analyzed. Also in the conclusion are suggested possible improvements of occupational health and safety.

Quality Management, Occupational Safety and Health and Fire Protection in Construction Company

The subject of this thesis is "Quality management, occupational safety, health and fire protection in construction company". Its task is to introduce the basic rules and requirements of quality management, occupational safety, health and fire protection in construction industry. The second part of the thesis deals with quality management, occupational safety, health and fire protection in construction companies, which are presented and analyzed in detail. These findings are then applied to create methodology of implementing the occupational safety, health and fire protection management system for construction companies.

ANALYSIS OF THE EVERFIT HYDRAULIKA S.R.O. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The aim of this work is to improve the current situation in the company EVERFIT hydraulika s.r.o. in terms of health and safety regulations. The first part of this work is devoted to theoretical concepts, legislation on occupational safety and health at work and occupational health and safety risk assessment methods. Information obtained from the first part of this thesis is then applied in the second part. Here I deal first brief description of the company and then analyze the existing situation on occupational safety and health at work in all branches of the company. This analysis was based on observations of how a normal working day in the company looks like. Then I do Risk Analysis at a branch in Prague. Outputs of observing normal working day and risk analysis will then be given with a recommendation to considering it to the company's management.
