Urbánková T., Manažer stavební firmy v roli technika pro bezpečnost práce. Bakalářská práce. Brno: MENDELU v Brně, 2018. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve stavebnictví. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V úvodu první části jsou rozebrány základní pojmy a právní úprava týkající se BOZP. Následně se práce zaměřuje na bezpečnost v souvislosti se stavebnictvím, co se týče práv a povinností zaměstnanců a zaměstnavatelů, školení, bezpečnostního značení, pracoviště, a dalších. V práci je též vedena pozornost na důležitost managementu firem a bezpečnostního technika. V části vlastní práce jsou na konkrétním podniku rozebrány jednotlivé části, které podnik v oblasti bezpečnosti práce dodržuje a jak si v bezpečnosti počíná. Na závěr jsou podniku navrhnuty příslušná řešení zjištěných nedostatků, které mohou výrazně napomoci činnosti podniku. Urbánková T. The manager of the building company as the technician for the safety of work. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the safety and the protection of the health while working in the building industry. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The main terms and the jurist adjustment related to “BOZP” are analysed at the beginning of the first part. In the next step the thesis aims at the safety of building industry with connection to rights and duties of employees and employers, the training, the safety labelling, the workplace and so on. In this thesis the attention is paid for the importance of the management of the companies and the safety technician. In the part of my own research there are analysed the single parts in the particular company that are adhered by the company and how is it going with the issue of safety there. The prospective solutions of the detected absences that could boldly help to improve the activities of the company are suggested.
