MES for Industry 4.0 demonstrator
Martiník, Tomáš ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with manufacturing systems, their functionalities and their role in Industry 4.0. This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the MES solution for the Industry 4.0 demonstrator. Research of available open-source systems is conducted and, based on the requirements for the system, one solution is selected, modified for the demonstrator's needs and integrated into its system.
The Study of Operational Production Management in Selected Firm
Černohousová, Pavla ; Tesař, Rostislav (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This thesis studies the operational management of production, particularly the divison of plastic mill. The study analyses current state of operational management of production and especially focus on physical and information flow. Based on the results of the analysis, study eliminates discovered defects. For that reason, design part is focused on optimization of informational flow by introduction of modular manufacturing information system. At the end of the thesis are presented benefits of mentioned solution and economic evaluation for the proposed options.
Analysis of the MES Hydra Production Information System and Subsequent Optimization in the Selected Company
Voborný, Vojtěch ; Buršík, Filip (referee) ; Klčová, Hana (advisor)
The thesis focuses on the analysis of the processing informational system MES Hydra used by automotive company Jopp Automotive s. r. o.. Since the company does not use full potential of the described system, emphasis will be placed especially on the modules involved in the production process. The analysis will be carried out by user's perspective and also the actual implementation and suggestions about possible improving of user´s interface or potential application of additional options of the system will be considered. The integral part of the thesis are production schemes, on that facts and ideas for process optimalization controlled by the system will be discussed.
Implementation of a maintenance system in the manufactoring execution system COMES
Žilka, Filip ; Šťastný, Ladislav (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with maintenance systems. In the beginning part of the thesis there is a briefly introduction to automation with a description of systems which are part of automation pyramid. The emphasis is on MES systems from which MES system COMES, developed by COMPAS company is described. The next section is an intruduction to maintenance with a description of information technologies in maintenance and commonly used systems of maintenance, installed in industrial companies. The very last section deals with own system of maintenance which was created as an extension in module COMES Modeller.
Use of company data to ensure product quality
Gruber, Jakub ; Maradová, Karla (referee) ; Rozehnalová, Jana (advisor)
The task of the thesis is a theoretical analysis and description of the use of company data. Emphasis is placed on the system analysis of the problem. The specific production process and the data available from it are evaluated, which help to find a technical and economic evaluation.
Scheduling for 3D printers
Lenhart, Vojtěch ; Dosoudilová, Monika (referee) ; Kůdela, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the problem of production planning in the context of 3D printing. It analyzes the current possibilities of software for scheduling for 3D printers and focuses on other restrictive production conditions such as entering production on a printer, refilling material or time to remove the finished product from the printing area. The next part of the work deals with the development of a console application in C # for scheduling for 3D printers. It describes the methods that were used to design the software and their problems in terms of time and computational complexity. The results of all methods are properly compared and evaluated.
Evaluation and design of performance reporting
Tichý, Tomáš ; Koch, Miloš (referee) ; Novák, Lukáš (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the functioning of reporting of the selected department in the company ABB s.r.o. Based on the findings of the analytical part, a number of new reports on the performance of the selected department in the company and appropriate metrics are proposed. The implementation of these reports helps the company to predict the possibility of delays and also offers possible solutions to avoid this potential problem.
