Contemporary Art as a Tool of Art Marketing of the City of Prague

Work Contemporary Art as a Tool of Art Marketing of the City of Prague aims to show culture not only as something saint and untouchable, but also as a very important part of a state economy, mainly in the framework of tourism. It deals with the relationship of culture and marketing, with the meaning of culture itself and with its role in the area of tourism. It looks into culture as the tool of the communication of Prague and looks critically at the contemporary situation of its presentation for tourists. There's no doubt that the presentation of Prague only through historical city centre is no longer enough in the competition of other cultural destinations and that Prague should think about changing and developing new strategy of communication. As the very tool of this change could work contemporary arts, which is used by many other cultural destinations around the world (Berlin, London, NYC), which Prague can also offer and which shows openess and a better place for life. The Prague City Hall has been financing those alternative cultural projects lately and by doing that has started to present Prague not only as a historical city centre, but also as a creative and dynamic place. Exploring Possibilities for Further Development of Tourism on Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou State Lock

This bachelor thesis is focused on the situation of the castle in Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou in the summer of 2010. In the theoretical part there is described tourism, its forms, types and history. The thesis also describes cultural tourism, its benefits and restriction. It also describes cultural destinations and their typical products --exposition. At the end of my theoretical part there is explained the marketing of tourism where belongs also the research of market in the area of tourism and communication with the public. In the practical part there is described the research of views of visitors in more detail. In the questionnaire there were questions concerning the satisfaction of visitors with sightseeing tours and other services provided by the castle. A typical visitor -- respondent and recommendation for the state castle of Jaroměice nad Rokytnou was described on the basis of the questionnaire.
Bariéry rozvoje cestovního ruchu na Kutnohorsku

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje cestovního ruchu, který je aplikován na konkrétní region ? Kutnohorsko. Bližší poznání regionu odhaluje jeho rozporuplnost v minulosti, kdy bylo neutuchající bohatství několikrát vystřídáno útlumem hospodářské činnosti a potýkáním se s četnými problémy. Dnes na někdejší bezedné bohatství Kutnohorska ukazují skvostné a okázalé stavby i obdivuhodná architektonická díla. Spolu s příznivými přírodními podmínkami vytváří dobré předpoklady pro úspěšný rozvoj cestovního ruchu. Pro stanovení nejzávažnějších bariér limitujících úspěšný rozvoj cestovního ruchu v území bylo třeba zanalyzovat jak předpoklady a potenciál území pro cestovní ruch, tak i současnou situaci rozvoje tohoto odvětví. Zhodnocení pomocí SWOT analýzy přispělo k postižení bariér rozvoje cestovního ruchu ve zkoumaném území. Cílem práce bylo navržení opatření, které by zvýšily atraktivitu oblasti a do regionu přilákaly větší počet turistů, kteří by zde strávili delší dobu a rádi se do regionu Kutnohorsko vraceli.
