Library of UI Components for Developing Applications in iOS
Salih, Adam ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
In this thesis I analyse and implement a set of frequently used components that are not part of the standard set of user interfaces. Then I implement these components using the UIKit and SwiftUI libraries. In this work I also focus on the implementation of strongly typed data models. In the end I verify the implementation of the set of components on a demonstration application.
Integration of iPads Into Schools
Havíř, David ; Kulhánková, Jana (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis deals with designing of part of information system based on iPads as learning tools. The theoretical part focuses on general theory, specifics related to the topic and benefits of iPads in education sector. Practical part focuses on analysing and comparing different proposed solutions in terms of contribution and financial demand for the particular school, subsequent selection of most suitable one and integration into current information system of this school.
Mobile Game Using Augmented Reality
Konečný, Adam ; Kapinus, Michal (referee) ; Najman, Pavel (advisor)
Main goal of this thesis was to create a game in augmented reality running on iOS operating system. The game is based on the tower defense game genre. The thesis describes augmented reality and its history. The work also describes tools which are necessary to create this project. Following part describes the design and development process of the game. Lastly the thesis deals with the tools available for testing, testing itself and its results.
Universal Measurement Station
Šantavý, Marek ; Bartoš, Pavel (referee) ; Šimek, Václav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create data acquisition application. The software module is designed for the industrial panel PC. Power Panel 520 from Bernecker + Reiner and the data acquisition board NI USB-6215 from National Instruments represent the fundamental hardware components for this project. Data acquisition and visualization tasks are controlled by a standalone application made in LabVIEW 2011. OPC, industrial standard in communication, is responsible for mutual interconnection between control (PLC) and data acquisition part. Network shared variables and Apple iPad 2 allow remote surveillance for operator. Finally, the creation of user-friendly interface and integration of technologies from different vendors, are main goals of this project.
Apple iOS security
Zahradníček, Zdeněk ; Martinásek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Hajný, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor´s thesis deals with the iOS operating system security and creating applications for this system. Describes the basic features of the system, security, encryption, and classes for secure file storage. Another area that deals with the work is that access to the Internet and the protection of transmitted and received data. The work is described Xcode programming package, used by developers for iOS platform. Furthermore, the compiled application to examples of work with this programming package and its subsequent testing in a virtual device simulator which is part of this package. I did application that uses large numbers of 1024bit value and then use these numbers for calculations. The output of application was average time of measuring duration of calculating the mathematical operations.
Electronic Flight Bag for IPad
Černý, Tomáš ; Dittrich, Petr (referee) ; Chudý, Peter (advisor)
This thesis deals with the EFB systems, its standards, types and modes of operation. It describes the design and implementation of an Apple iPad application, intended to be used as an EFB by the Czech general aviation pilots. The real utilization of such application allows for simplification of the preflight check and safe execution of flight while removing the usual load of paper documents from the cockpit. This is achieved through a SW im- plementation of operationally attractive functions. It could be for example: searching in regulations and pilot's handbooks, acquisition and viewing of meteorological informations and recent changes in air traffic, interactive calculation of important parameters or flight navigation.
Digital Library for Mobile Devices (iPad, iPhone, Android)
Navigation for iOS
Sladeček, Martin ; Chrápek, David (referee) ; Ševcovic, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is a design and implementation of software mobile navigation for platform iOS, or more precisely an application for devices iPhone and iPad. Simple navigation enables the user to discover the current position, display map both in 2D and 3D mode and navigate to given destination. Target devices handle with GPS module to discover the current position. Maps sources are gained from the project OpenStreetMap and database system SpatiaLite provides preservation of geographical dates.
Application for Search and Comparison of Products for iPad
Jašíček, Petr ; Zachariáš, Michal (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
The aim of the project is to design graphical user interface for mobile application on iPad which will aid salesmen from company GÜDEL a.s. in improving effectivity of selling planetary gearboxes. Design of the application followed User-centered design methodology. Application was based on prototype tested by salesmen from company GÜDEL a.s.
Application for mastering of handwriting
Gradoš, Matej ; Gavenčiak, Michal (referee) ; Mekyska, Jiří (advisor)
Writing is an activity that accompanies us almost every day from a very young age. Children begin to familiarize themselves with the proper grip of a writing tool as early as preschool, primarily through activities related to drawing. Upon entering the early grades of elementary school, children start writing and practice it in special notebooks called „písanka“. Mastering this skill requires a strong connection between fine motor skills and perceptual abilities. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to transfer writing practice to an online environment and design an application for Apple iPad tablets with the Apple Pencil stylus, which enables children to engage in self-study through interactive means, ranging from tracing curves and basic letter elements to writing complete words. By creating a database of exercises, we can supplement traditional printed exercise book and thus monitor not only the result of handwriting but also its entire progression, capturing data on pen movement, tilt, and pressure The data obtained this way serves as an excellent tool for improvement and gaining confidence in writing.
