Robotic table football - optimization of image processing of the playing area
Sijková, Simona ; Parák, Roman (referee) ; Lang, Stanislav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to optimize image processing of the playing area of B&R’s Automation robotic table soccer using intelligent vision system from Cognex. The introduction is devoted to a research of machine vision systems and vision systems made by Cognex company. It expounds on fundamentals necessary for system running and compares their pros and cons for different applications. Procedures, changes and solutions of problems which lead to final optimization in In-Sight explorer program are shown in the second practical part. In the end of the bachelor thesis, the influence of illumination and the external environment on the ball detection is discussed.
Control System for an Automatic Assembly Line
Jakeš, Libor ; Beran,, Jan (referee) ; Hynčica, Ondřej (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with programming of control system for an automatic assembly line rear seats of passenger cars. The theoretical part describes assembly line, PLC, robot, electric nutrunner and intelligent camera Sick. Practical part of the thesis characterizes created programs of assembly workplace control system. This part also explains creating a model of station and subsequent formal verification of basic safety and functional properties.
Smart Camera System for Museum Exhibitions
Homola, Radim ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Rydlo, Štěpán (advisor)
This thesis focuses on development and construction of a camera system, that captures and post-processes video footage within museum environment in real time. Defined issue is resolved by separating the whole camera system into camera and computing unit, selecting correct components, mainly the camera module, and providing sufficient cooling for the computing unit. Following the solutions steps above enables to hide the powerful computing unit away from the visitor’s sight and also miniaturization of the visibly positioned camera unit. The developed camera system allows isolated operation of various algorithms, where the processed results can help exhibitors with better showpiece placements, recognition of unwanted behavior or protection from vandalism.

Using the camera sensor in the measuring technique
Srba, Tomáš ; Čejka, Miloslav (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes using of the Checkers in measuring technology, for control and picture comparing with picture reference by pixel match. Is describe part of machine vision as branch of industry automation. The bachelor thesis content summarized and described the basic methods, for image processing, function CCD and CMOS sensors, there are introduced standards of color signal encoding. Project this bachelor thesis is parameter checking of the checker. Special part of this work is description of working station for demonstration parameters checking of the checker. Program documentation of the Checker 101/E101 from COGNEX helps with design step by step.
