This diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the business and financial performance of the company SWIETELSKY stavební s.r.o. using the benchmarking method. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part contains the theoretical background necessary for addressing the given issue. The following chapter characterizes the examined company and also describes the strategic analysis of the enterprise. In the third part of this thesis, the actual benchmarking of the company with appropriately chosen competitive enterprises is conducted. The final part includes a detailed description of proposals for improving the business and financial performance of the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of ZAT a.s. in the years 2018 to 2022. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first theoretical part, the thesis explains the theoretical concepts and background of the thesis. In the second practical part, the thesis deals with the introduction of the company and its financial analysis. In the last propositional part, based on the financial weaknesses found in the practical part, proposals are formulated to mitigate these weaknesses leading to an improvement of the financial situation.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the financial analysis of the selected manufacturing company Indorma Ventures Mobility Moravia a.s. in the monitored period 2018 to 2022. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter contains theoretical principles that are used for financial analysis in the second part, which deals with the application of these principles. Based on the results of the financial analysis, the third chapter deals with proposals for improving the financial situation of the analyzed company.

The second part of the work then deals with the analysis of the company and the overall assessment of its financial health. Based on the results found, individual solutions leading to the improvement of the company's financial situation are proposed. These proposals are part of the third part of this work.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to recommend measures for improving the current financial situation through a comprehensive financial analysis of the company Stavebniny Libor Smejkal, which specializes in the sale and purchase of construction materials. It also involves assessing the current economic state of the company and proposing solutions to identified deficiencies. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical, and proposal. The theoretical part describes the importance of financial analysis and methodological approaches for its execution. The analytical part provides a brief introduction to the company and conducts the financial analysis based on theoretical knowledge. In the final proposal section, based on the results from the analytical part, options for improving the company's economic situation are suggested. The company analysis covers the period from 2018 to 2022.

The evaluation of the company is carried out by the means of strategic and financial analysis. The theoretical concepts and methods of analysis are defined in the first part of the thesis. In the second part, the concepts and methods are used for the practical analysis of the enterprise. Based on the analysis, recommendations for improving the situation of the enterprise are then evaluated and their benefits are defined.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topics of evaluating the financial situation of Brand Promotion CZ s.r.o. and suggestions for improving this situation. I worked with the company's financial statements from 2018 to 2022. Structurally, this work consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part for a specific company. The theoretical part contains basic terms and indicators for financial analysis. Next, in the practical part, I calculate the given indicators and evaluate the subsequent results. In the last part of this work, I make my own proposals for improving the financial situation in the company.
