Musical Fairytale Lotrando and Zubejda in Music education

The thesis The musical fairy tale Lotrando and Zubejda in music education presents the mentioned musical fairy tale and its use in music education. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly points out the origin and genesis of the fairy tales. It deals more closely with the definition of the fairy tale as a literary and musical-dramatic genre and outlines the influence of this phenomenon on the psychological development of the child. In this context, the thesis focuses on the period of younger school age, which it characterizes not only in terms of social and emotional development, but above all in terms of musical development. In the practical part of the thesis, examples of activities for music education lessons are given, which are inspired by the film musical fairy tale Lotrando and Zubejda. These activities were carried out with pupils of the 3rd year of the T. G. Masaryk Primary School in Milevsko and recorded in the form of preparations for the lesson. The practical part resulted in model examples and several methodological sheets that can serve as inspiration for working with the musical fairy tale in the educational process. Musical fairy tale in kindergarten

Bachelor thesis deals with a musical fairy tale interpreted for children of preschool age. At the beginning, terms related to the given topic were briefly defined. Dramatic education was also mentioned, thanks to the methods of which musical fairy tales were presented to children of preschool age. After that, the preschool age itself and educational areas from the Framework Educational Program for preschool education were defined. The practical part consists of two main research questions, the answers to which were ascertained using qualitative research, using the methods of open coding and structured interview. An important role was played by the dramatization of a musical fairy tale, during which the selected respondents actively observed the reactions of preschool children. An individual structured interview was conducted with each respondent. These interviews were then categorized and analyzed using open coding. The qualitative research shows that the children liked the interpreted musical fairy tale and that all the educational areas from the RVP PV related to the given topic were also fulfilled.
Development of Speaking and Singing Skills of Children Based on Musical Fairy-tale in a Kindergarden

The target of diploma work is to verify possibilities of methodical work in a kidregarden which will conect all aspects of pre-school education together based on a musical fairy -tale. The development of speaking and singing skills wiil be in a center of an atention of the work. Theoretical part of the work will contain explanation of basic musical- psychological expressions in conection with each ethaps of children evolution in a pre-school education. A Special emphasis will lay on a development of motorical, listening, musical, singing and speaking skills. Beside musical and musical-motion activities, dramatical genres will be used. There will be planned a project ( musical fairy tale) in which all points of contemporary pre- school education will be used. All these points will be defined and shortly characterized. In the second part will be introduced project that will have a target to verify how much it is possible to influence speaking and singing skills by musical fairy-tales. Everything will be concepted on a base of holistic aproach in the RVP frame.

Title of thesis: Use of musical fairy tale in the musical development of a preschool child The bachelor's thesis focuses on the phenomenon of musical fairy tales and possibilities of its application in the musically creative process. It represents a musical fairy tale as a mean to develop musical, physical, singing, instrumental and art creative activities. The work focuses on preschool children. It briefly characterizes their development in terms of the development of musical abilities. It presents a fairy tale as a way to creative activities. The theoretical part focuses on the musical fairy tale, its functions, comparison with folk tales and historical excursion. Moreover, it explains the developmental psychology of a child aged 5-6 years and the specifics for a given age, especially in terms of musical development. It also points to the educational aspect of the fairy tale and competence, which can be developed in the child through this musically dramatic genre. Musical Activities In The International Pre-Schools in Prague

This work analyses music activities of English-speaking children of pre-school age, attending international schools in Prague, following the British Curricula. The goal of this work is to develop and to validate teaching materials of musical activities, supporting children with different native languages from the language of the teaching material, those in transition period, and those with communication barriers, and to offer concrete implementation strategies for teachers of music in both Czech and international schools. The theoretical part compares Czech and British music curricula for pre-school children. It defines terms such as transition period and describes its course in Czech and international environments. Furthermore, it addresses the role of music during this stage of development and explains the concepts of project-based learning and music integration project. As theoretical underpinning for the practical portion, the work offers detailed discussion of musical factors, syllabic structure both in English and Czech language, and the variations in interpretation of musical fairy tales. Musical Fairytale and its use in Music Education

This diploma thesis deals with phenomenon of musical fairytale and its aplication in Music education process. The thesis is describing a fairytale as a whole genre and shortly outlines a few perspectives from other fields on this genre. The theoretical part describes the concept of a musical fairytale, shortly describes fairytale as a lyrical and musical genre, introduces the history of fairytale and shortly describes archetypes of heroes and their impact on development of child personality. Practical parts of this thesis is focusing on working with authors fairytale, which was realized within project teaching in music classes. The goal of the thesis is to create and then rehearse author's musical fairytale, and in this way analyze its use in musical educational process. As a research sample a 3rd grade was chosen. It is therefore a group of pupils, of younger school age. The research was conducted at ZŠ and ZUŠ Jabloňová Liberec. Musical fairy tail as a motivating and integrating mean working with the children's choir

The diploma thesis "The musical fairytale as a motivating and integrating mean working with the children's choir" deals with a musical fairytale and its influence during the lessons of the children's choir Kvítek by Václav Havel Elementary School. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis introduces with the history of a fairytale as a literary genre and with its types. The fairytale has been known since the period of antiquity. At that time, the first stories based on the mystical creatures were developed. Later, they were distributed all around the world. Next part focuses on the musical fairytale which belongs to a literary fairytale. It is enriched with a musical element that contributes to the development of children's musical skills while performing the fairytale. The last chapters of the thesis deal with voice training and the didactic process of songs training. The aim of this thesis is to practice a fairytale called Hrníčkové kouzlo with the children's choir Kvítek via an experiment and to find out how the fairytale influences either the children's choir or the audience immediately after watching it. Musical Fairy Tale in the Kindergarten

The goal of my bachelor?s thesis is to test a possibility of staging a musical fairy tale in a kindergarten and its contribution regarding contemporary preschool education. I am trying to combine all areas of preschool education through music, musical fairy tale. For this purpose I also use various non-music activities.
