Author: David Kopecký Title: Case study of physiotherapic care of hemorrhagic stroke patient with right-sided hemiparesis Objectives: The purpose of this thesis was to to summarize the theoretical information on CMP with a focus on the hemorrhagic type and to elaborate a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after hemorrhagic CMP with right-sided hemiparesis hemiparesis Methods: The content of the theoretical part is drawn from professional articles, textbooks and studies. The case study consists of anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan, 8 therapeutic units, output kinesiological analysis, evaluation of the effect of therapy and final discussion where I compare the effect of my therapy with studies. Results: The most significant changes in the patient's condition include a decrease in the painfulness of the affected shoulder, an increase in the passive range and the onset of active movements. Progress was also noted in gait stereotype and ADL. Conclusion: This thesis contains theoretical background on stroke and in a special section is described a case study of a patient with this disease. The case report was prepared in the ÚVN Prague in the period from 13th January to 26th January under the supervision of Bc. Eva Hankovcova. Keywords:...
CMP (STROKE) - ALGORITHM OF EXAMINATION METHODS
MACKOVÁ, Pavlína
The bachelor thesis on CMP (stroke) - algorithm of examination methods deals with the disease of stroke, its definition, methods of examination, possible treatment and students' knowledge about this disease. The main objective of this study was to learn about the algorithm of examination methods in stroke and to find out the awareness of the respondents about this topic. The research question was: What is the awareness of the respondents about the process of examination and diagnosis of CMP? The thesis is divided into a theoretical section and a practical section. The first part focuses on the current state. Here the vascular supply to the brain, stroke, algorithm of examination methods and treatment of stroke are covered. Overall, the thesis is divided into six main chapters. The practical part deals with the questionnaire survey. The research purpose of this thesis was fulfilled by means of a questionnaire survey among Radiology Assisting students and Public Protection students with a focus on CBRNE. The questionnaire developed was the same for both groups of students. It was a standardized questionnaire with a choice of one answer each time. The resulting answers were then evaluated in clear graphs. The results of the conducted survey can offer us students' perspectives on anatomical knowledge of the brain, basic information about stroke, selected types of stroke examinations and stroke treatment. In addition, results from Radiology Assisting students and results from Public Protection students with a CBRNE focus can be compared to each other. The results can show us where students make the most mistakes and what information they know instead. Thus, the work can serve as a study material for students of all medical disciplines.
Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with Hemorrhagic Stroke
Adamantiadis, Alexandros ; Stupková, Michaela (advisor) ; Malá, Jitka (referee)
Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of Patient with Hemorrhagic Stroke Aim: The aim of this thesis is to present a case study of a physiotherapy approach to a treatment of a patient with complications after a hemorrhagic stroke. The theoretical part of the thesis will focus on the pathology, risk factors and prevention. On the practical part I will present the case study with the patient's medical history, all the examinations done by me at the start and end of the treatments, day to day therapies and final results. Methods: The practical section is based on the case of a 51-year-old male, who was diagnosed with a hemorrhagic stroke in 6/7/2017. The study consists of physiotherapeutic approaches for an initial kinesiological examination on the first day, followed by eight therapy sessions lasting half an hour each, and on the last day a final kinesiological examination. All methods used were non-invasive. Results: The progress was notable during the ten sessions of therapy. The patient's gait has improved significantly in quality and quantity, the spasticity has improved and his ability to control the lower extremity and upper extremity. Although the results have shown great progress in the gait, he is still as dependent as before for his everyday life activities and still needs assistance...

Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of a pacient after hemorrhagic stroke with left-sided hemiparesis. Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to summarize a theoretical information about stroke and to process the case report of the pacient after hemorrhagic stroke with left - sided hemiparesis. Summary: The bachelor thesis is about hemorrhagic stroke and contains two parts. The theoretical part deals with the informations about stroke. The second special part is about a case study of the physiotherapy care of the pacient after hemorrhagic stroke with left - sided hemiparesis, which I worked with during the clinical practise in Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady in the term from 24.1.2022 to 3.2. 2022. Keywords: Stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, left-sided hemiparesis, rehabilitation after the hemorrhagic stroke, physiotherapy procedures and methods.
Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient after stroke

CASE STUDY OF PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT OF A PATIENT AFTER STROKE Objectives: Theoretical analysis of after stroke management and elaboration of physiotherapy treatment schedule in the form of an after stroke patient case study. Methods: This work was done with patients consent within an uninterrupted practice at Central Military Hospital in Prague at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The practice was held from 9th January to 3rd February. The work is divided into two main sections - a general (theoretical) and a special. In the general section is researched the theoretical background for status post hemorrhagic stroke. The general section includes basic characteristics of the illness, etiopathogenesis, incidence, diagnostics, treatment and options of physiotherapy methods concerning the illness. The special section contains the after stroke patient's case study, the review of proposed therapy and the therapy effect evaluation. Results: The patient's condition evolved during the treatment. The patient developed better muscular strength and joint movement, the swelling was reduced, right hand side of his body and limbs was strengthened and his overall stability and gait was improved. The improvement was indicated by functional scales tests as well. Keywords: hemorrhagic stroke,...
The case study of patients physiotherapeutic care after hemorrhagic stroke with sinistral hemiparesis
Müller, Michael ; Reckziegelová, Petra (advisor) ; Voráčová, Helena (referee)
Author: Michael Müller Title: The case study of patients physiotherapeutic care after hemorrhagic stroke with sinistral hemiparesis Objectives: Objective of this bachelor thesis is summarization of theoretical information about hemorragic stroke, possibilities of patients rehabilitation after stroke and processing of the case study of patients physiotherapeutic care after hemorrhagic stroke with sinistral hemiparesis. Summary: This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - general and specialized. In general part are shown basic informations from anathomic field, etipatogenesis, epidemiology and clinical pictures of paciants after stroke. Then it refers to risk factors connected with this disease and possible prevention. General part is supposed to be theoretical background for specialized part of this thesis. The second part of this thesis pursues processing of the case study of rehabilitation care of pacient after hemorrhagic stroke with sinistral hemiparesis. During physiotherapeutic care were used only non-invasive therapeutic methods learned on UK FTVS. Whole therapy was performered under supervision of experienced supervisor Mgr. Helena Voráčková. At the end of this thesis is evaluated therapeutic efect of used methods as a whole. Keywords: stroke, rehabilitation, hemorrhagic stroke,...
