US Foreign Policy under Ronald Reagan: Strategic Defense Initiative and the disarmament process

In master thesis "U.S. Foreign Policy under Ronald Reagan: Strategic Defense Initiative and disarmament process" is analysed development of the Strategic Defense Initiative and consequent disarmament process in the second half of 1980's. At the beginning of the thesis it is mentioned a stadium of disarmament by the end of 1970's, but the main attention focuses on the Ronald Reagan's presidential administration, when the development of the SDI started. Master thesis also analyses disarmament dialogue among representatives of the United States and the Soviet Union, which started in Geneva in 1985, and continued in Reykjavik, Washington, and Moscow.
The status of permanent representatives in international organizations - Swiss practise

The main aim of this work is to give a closer look to the privileges and immunities, which are granted to the representatives of the international organizations and permanent missions in Switzerland. More concretely I studied the role of UNO in Geneva, which is one of the most important organizations in the world. I have also tried to use the gained information in practice. The whole work is divided into 4 chapters. The first one is the introduction into the Swiss problematic, its neutrality and history. The second one speaks about individual agreements on privileges and immunities. The third one is about privileges and immunities from diplomatic manual. And the last one is devoted to the Host state act.
The process of accomplishment of main tasks and conclusions adopted at WTO ministerial conferences

The aim of my work is to describe conclusions, objectives and commitments adopted on WTO ministerial conferences. The first chapter concerns with WTO generally. It contains WTO objectives, principles and organization structure. The essential part of the essay deals with following ministerial conferences: Singapore, Geneva, Seattle, Doha, Cancún and Hong Kong.
