This thesis describes the design of a swimming pool in Přelouč. This is a two-storey building with partial basement. Part of the building is covered with a flat roof and a swimming pool hall is roofed by wooden truss system. There is fitness center, fast-food restaurant, swimming pool with all accessories and technical support.

The thesis is divided into three thematic sections. Theoretical knowledge related to the topic represent the first part. Followed by analytical section describing geographic location, competition and opportunities for promotion. In the final section are stated other requisites of business plan such as choosing supplier, secure funding, calculation or setting the prices. In conclusion, evaluation and the appropriateness of a business plan.

This dissertation deals with marketing issues in sport, focused mainly on the fitness center. There are investigated the current communication mix of small fitness center including its services. After finding out the current state of the communication mix, followed by a proposal for its improvement, which is focused mainly on advertising and sales promotion. This proposal will leads to obtaining a higher number of clients, to increase public awareness in the city and its surroundings and all of this will lead to higher competitiveness.

The master´s thesis deals with a project documentation of a office building with fitness center in Brno-Bystrc. The object is designed as a detached building with four floors and with one basement. Floor plan of the building is regular, staffed by sloping terrain. In basement is situated underground garage and technical rooms of building. In the first floor is fitness center and garage for a customers. In other floors are office spaces for private company. Above the roof is a engine rooms of ventilation. The structural system is reinforced concrete skeleton, facade is designed as a curtain walling. The object is covered with a flat roof.

This is a proposal of a detached building sports center with squash courts and a café. The building's basement, with two floors. Ground plan of the building is composed of two rectangles. The second floor is only over part of the building. Above the squash courts is a roof of wooden trusses and load-bearing part of the skeletal system consists of brick walls. The structural system of the building is brick system Porotherm, ceilings Spiroll. The building is covered single layer flat roof, and has a ventilated facade.

The diploma thesis deals with the problems of sanitation installation in a multifunctional building in Třinec. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of the topic, with emphasis on the draining and cleaning of waste water. The thesis also focuses on possible solutions given specialization. The project solves the sanitation installation of the multifunctional building in the selected variant. It is a multistorey building where are supermarket, shop, pharmacy, cafe, public toilets, fitness center and commercial space.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a hotel with a restaurant at the base the highest peak of the White Carpathians, Veľká Javorina. The area is located near the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area and the Cetuna Natural Monument. The location has the possibility of using year-long and seasonal activities such as downhill and cross - country skiing or ice skating on frozen ponds, cycling in the new built-up cycle paths, hiking or walking on educational trails, horse riding, swimming in nature or visiting a family mini-zoo with the possibility of personal contact with animals. The potential of the concerned area is still used mainly by domestic, persons with the possibility of accommodation by acquaintances or owners of seasonal cottages and houses due to insufficient short-term accommodation. It was the main imulse for the design of accommodation. A piece of land on the border of the cadastral area of Dolné Bzince and Hrubá Strana of the village of Bzince pod Javorinou was selected for the building construction, due to its satisfactory position, orientation and also for the possibility of its evaluation. The building is designed as a separate-standing object onto an undeveloped territory of the municipality, which was used for agricultural purposes. It's been a long time it lies on ice, decays and its value decreases with expanding overgrown trees. The land is slightly sloping, oriented to southwest. The building has three main entrances and secondary entrances for smooth operation of the hotel. There is a day (leisure) part placed on the 1st floor, also a part for accommodation employees and immobile clients, parts for hotel management, cleaning zone and restaurant. On the 2nd floor there is an accommodation part with 19 rooms and a library. Into basement is a sport and relaxation part, which consist of fitness center and wellness center. Smart District Špitalka

The proposed building is part of a complex of three buildings. The task was to create the dominants of the new territory, which would include functions corresponding to the concept of a smart neighborhood. The building has 19 floors above ground and two underground. The simple shape is complemented by the corrugated roof of the congress center and the curved atrium. The main entrance is towards the new city street, the main facade of the congress center faces the square. The dynamics of the shape of the high-rise building is supported by an irregular grid of windows, the combination of full masonry and leaky lighten the facade of the lower part.

The master’s thesis is focused on the creation of a viable business plan for establishing a new mikrocompany offering a services in the fitness area in the gradient area. Theoretical part is describes starting points related with through of business and market, bussines plan and his structure including description of used analytical research methods and tools. To define and verification of main idea is used qualitative research and method of Lean canvas. Analytical part contains starting points from of carried out analysis and research, on their basis is selected a suitable strategy for starting mikrobussiness. The design part of the thesis elaborates a specific part of the business plan in connection with the chosen strategy so that the plan is feasible and viable.
