The bachelor thesis deals with the system of evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company AQUA-STYL spol. s r.o. The first part is focused on the goal of work and methods of processing. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the theory of basic concepts in the area of employee evaluation and remuneration. The third part analyzes the internal and external factors of the evaluation and remuneration system of employees in the selected company. The last part proposes changes to improve the system of employee evaluation and remuneration.
