The main entrance to the building is from the north-west side through the entrance gate, the entrance to the collective garage is on the opposite side, so as to minimize the noise from car traffic, which would negatively affect the environment of the courtyard with greenery. All the floors are connected by an external staircase and lift with a connection to the external pavements that run through the courtyard and form a communication between the apartments. The structural system is made of aerated concrete blocks in combination with reinforced concrete and sand-lime blocks. The foundation of the building is based on plain concrete footings.
