Extension and adaptation to apartment building

The concept of bachelors thesis was a modification design of renovation, vertical extension and another building modifications of existing almost unused building in the village Salaš. The building previously served as a public services and is currently out of order. In order to restore the functionality of the building, the municipality, as the owner and investor, decided to use the building for collective housing (apartment building). The proposal addressed the change and adaptation of the internal layout for housing units with a variable layout, and their useful spaces, building modifications, remediation measures of existing structures so that in the coming years the building is fully functional and compliant in terms of parameters and demands that are current standards, imposed, especially in terms of building physics, fire safety, etc.
Revitalization of multifunctional house in Uhersky Brod

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the revitalization of a multifunctional building in Uherský Brod. The assignment was the elaboration of the project documentation for the issue of the building permit. This building has four floors and one basement. The supporting system of the building is reinforced concrete frame with brickwork. Ceiling structures are from reinforced concrete primary and secondary beams with slabs. Roofs of the building are designed as pitched roof, warm flat roof and double–skinned roof.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the design of a family residence in Brno - Přízřenice. The assignment was the elaboration of the project documentation for the issue of the building permit. This building is designed in two floors and one basement. The supporting system of the building is designed as a wall from KM Beta Sendwix sandstone blocks in above-ground floors and from lost formwork in the basement. Ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete slabs, roof of the building is designed as a flat roof structure.
