Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování návrhu rodinného domu v Brně – Přízřenicích. Zadáním bylo vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Objekt je dispozičně řešen ve dvou nadzemních podlažích a jednom suterénu. Nosný systém objektu je řešen jako stěnový za použití vápenopískových tvárnic KM Beta Sendwix v nadzemních podlažích a za použití tvarovek ztraceného bednění v suterénu. Stropní konstrukce jsou řešeny jako železobetonové desky, zastřešení objektu je pomocí ploché střešní konstrukce. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the design of a family residence in Brno - Přízřenice. The assignment was the elaboration of the project documentation for the issue of the building permit. This building is designed in two floors and one basement. The supporting system of the building is designed as a wall from KM Beta Sendwix sandstone blocks in above-ground floors and from lost formwork in the basement. Ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete slabs, roof of the building is designed as a flat roof structure.
