Kindergarten

The thesis solves the project of a kindergarten in the field of inclination 7%. The kindergarten is located on the plots number 570, st. 373, st. 374 in the village Vrané nad Vltavou. The building has two floors and one basement. The kindergarten is for 60 children and for 11 employees. The building serves as a preschool institution for raising children. The supporting structure consists of a precast concrete frame supplemented in the basement by a cast-in-place wall and a foundation slap. External walls and partitions form sand-lime bricks Sendwich. The external walls are completed with Orsilt TF Profi mineral insulation th. 280 mm. The floors are made of prestressed concrete floor slabs Spiroll PPD 256 th. 250 mm supported by T and L primary beams. The building ends with a could extensive green roof. The slope and space for the blow-in insulation Climatizer Plus uses Steico Joist 400 I-beams. Windows are wooden frame Optiwin Purista and doors are Optiwin Entrada.
Center of Rest in Lavičky

The topic of this master´s thesis is a new building design of recreation centre in Lavičky and processing of project documentation for this building realization. This thesis is furthermore completed with two specializations. It deals specifically with a specialisation in the field of technical facilities of buildings – heating and air conditioning. The recreation centre is a complex of two units that will provide restaurant and accommodation services with leisure activities facilities. In one of the units there is designed an accommodation facility with smaller wellness area, in the other unit there is designed a restaurant. The estate where the units are located occurs in the north part of the village Lavičky. This locality is built up by family houses and apartment blocks. The architectural solution of the designed units follows on from the concept of simple country object where the object has the shape of rectangle ground plan and is roofed by typical saddle roof. The building of the restaurant and also the guest house is in the shape of rectangle and is roofed by double sheathed saddle roof with metal folded roofing in dark grey colour. As well it utilises modern elements of architecture as big window openings or dormers. The filling of the openings will be accomplished by wooden windows in natural shade. The façade of the units is designed in that way to match both unis together. It is solved by white façade paint in combination with cement splinter panels imitating wood or cement splinter panels in grey colour and is completed by outdoor wooden pergola or wooden storm porch. The wall base part is formed by mosaic façade in grey colour. The layout solution of the units follows on from operation requirements of the particular services and they are separated in space for customers and for operation space. Detached House

The theme of the bachelor´s thesis is a project of a newly built detached house. The house is designed on quiet sloping plot in calm suburb of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The object has rectangular plan, it’s without cellar and it has two storeys. It’s a part of a bigger garden with one parking space on a side. The load-bearing structure is made of a timber frame. The external walls are made from straw bales. The external finish is made of lime render, the windows and doors are wooden, gable roof with dormer is covered by split shakes. Roof plane slope is 45°. At the object is one dwelling unit consisting of living room with kitchenette, workroom, three bedrooms, cloak-room and two bathrooms. The internal finish is made of earth plaster. Most of the timber construction stays visible including the timber floor. The roof will be insulated with sheep’s wool and furnished with lining. The design of the timber structure emphasises the use of natural materials.

The main purpose of my thesis is to design detached family house and make the project documentation for implementation of its construction. This house should be able to accommodate family composed by 4-5 members. It is situated on the outskirts of the Karolinka town, district Vsetín. The house has two above ground floors and one underground floor. The second above ground floor is referred to as an attic room. It also has a basement all over its scale. The construction system of the house is a transverse, building itself is masonry and its roof is gabled made from wooden roof trusses. The family house includes a detached garage designed for two cars of 1a group.
Newly-Built Detached House with Dental Surgeries in Brno-Žebětín

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a design of a new building of a family house with dental surgeries in Brno – Žebětín, as well as elaboration of project documentation for realization of building construction. The building is designed for mixed use - there is stomatological surgeries available to the public in the 1st floor, and on the 2nd floor there is the owner's and his family's apartment. Both sections are separated from each other, including separate entrances to the building. The building will be located on the edge of the northern part of Brno - Žebětín. The location is slightly developed by family houses. The architectonical solution is designed with consideration of the building location and the character of the surrounding housing development. The part for living in the family house is designed for a family with three to four members. The house is detached, it is situated in a flat terrain and is designed as a partially basement. The designed building has two above-ground storeys and a basement, which has a garage for parking two cars and a technical facility of the building. Entrance to the garage is from the side of the building. The main entrances to the building are accessible from the adjacent outer curved staircase, copying the arched shape of the 1st storey facade. The section with dental surgeries on the 1st floor is designed as wheelchair accessible - for handicapped patients with limited mobility. The white solution of the facade of the house alternates with the use of a gray stone facing. The roof of the family house is designed as a single-layer flat roof.

Two-floor family house which is communicatively connected an outdoor steel staircase. The ground floor is composed of a shop with bikes, a study, a service, hygienic and technical facilities. There is a main entrance to the shop in a glassed-in facade in the south of the object. The east staff entrance is used to complete the warehouse. The first floor is used for living. To enter the flat we use the outdoor steel staircase in the east. There is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a bedroom and a room for kids. A living room and a kitchen are oriented to the south. From the kitchen is an entrance to the terrace.
Kostka leisure centre

The topic of this thesis is a new school facility of Leisure time center Kostka. The Leisure time center is a deteched two-sotrey building on mildly sloping land. The building is basementless. The Leisure time center is located next to the kindergarten and elementary school.The layout includes a building of 11 classrooms and is designed for 163 children. Perimeter, internal bearing and non-bearing walls are designed from brick blocks. Ceilings are made by using prestressed ceiling panels. The building is roofed by a single-flat roof and walkable intensive green roof.
materniti house

This thesis solves the project of materniti house in moderate terrain. Materniti house is located on the grounds numbers 1475 in the village Jezeřany - Maršovice. The building has two floors. Materniti house is designed for 60 children and 15 employees. Building serves as a pre-school institution for the education of children. The buiding has a load-bearing wall system. The outer walls, load–bearing walls and partitions are from ceramic blocks POROTHERM. Wall is insulated with mineral wool BAUMIT thickness of 100 mm. The ceilings are made of prestressed hollow panels Spiroll HCE 250 thickness of 250 mm. The roof of building is part of the aisle, made of wooden trusses with an inclination of 12°. Truss consists of hunter cased sloping roof. The second part of building consists of single-layer flat roof. The facade is part of non-ventilated and ventilated by fiber-cement boards CEMBRIT. Windows are plastic DESIGN by VEKRA. Balcony two-doors are plastic VEKRA CLASITIC VD. Entrance two-doors are wooden VEKRA NATURA 68.

It is a new the municipal authority in Dlouhoňovice. Part of municipal authority is a garage for the fire truck, warehouse village garden equipment, commercial spaces and the second floor above ground units. The building is situated in the Pardubice region in the town called Dlouhoňovice, cadastral area Dlouhoňovice. The building consists of two aboveground floors. The rest of the building is covered with wooden trusses in the shape of a gabled roof. The building is designed from the structural system HELUZ.
