Evaluation of financial efficiency of the company IMC Slovakia, Ltd.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate financial efficiency of the company IMC Slovakia, Ltd from 2010 until 2014, to make suggestions for eliminating founded deficiencies in analysis, to describe expectations in the year 2015 and to compare results of the company with the chosen competitors. This bachelor´s thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part are defined individual methods of analysis and described the process of calculation in practical part. Among the used methods belong horizontal and vertical analysis, balance rules, analysis of the relative and differential value ratios, Du Pont analysis, economic value added, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and methods of comparison with competitors. Practical part included description of the company IMC Slovakia Ltd., characterization of competitors and application of methods previously mentioned in practical part.

Financial analysis of company Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile Czech, s.r.o.

Goal of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial state of a company Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile Czech, s.r.o. in the last five years. Using calculations of selected financial indicators, which are based on analysis of the financial statements for the years 2010 to 2014, I will try to assess financial situation of the given company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes used methods of financial analysis, which are absolute and financial ratios, analysis of finacial leverage, Du Pont analysis, Altman Z-score, Kralick quick test, economic value added and finaly the comparison with the competitor. The first part is the theoretical basis for the practical part, which is focused on application of these methods to the real situation in the company.

Financial analysis of the company Kofola a.s.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is a comprehensive evaluation of the financial situation of the company Kofola a.s. Financial analysis evaluates 5 years in the period from 2008 to 2012. Theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of financial analysis. This part also describes different indicators evaluating financial health of the company, Du Pont analysis, EVA and explains bankruptcy and credibility models. Those methods are then applied on the financials of the company Kofola a.s. in the practical part and the results are suitably commented on. The conclusion contains a summary of the comprehensive evaluation of the situation and suggested recommendations.

The aim of the thesis "Financial analysis of PAS PLUS s.r.o." is to analyse and evaluate the development of the financial situation of the company from 2009 to 2014, compare with the industry and forecast future development. Bachelor thesis is composed of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the purpose of financial analysis and describes procedures used in the construction and calculations in the practical part. Between the methods used in financial analysis are included horizontal and vertical analysis, balance rules, ratio analysis, Du Pont analysis, the value indicator EVA, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and spider analysis for comparison with a sector. The practical part contains a description of PAS PLUS s.r.o. and methods mentioned above in the theoretical part.

Financial analysis of company Wellen, a.s.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate financial health of Wellen, a.s. company using the methods of financial analysis. This financial analysis is performed from an external user point of view based on financial statements of the company within years 2008 and 2012. This bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part includes explanations of basic concept and description of chosen methods of financial analysis in terms of their use and application. Practical part is focused on introduction of the chosen company, also on the application of chosen methods applied to real situation in the company, and on interpretation of achieved results. The used methodical apparatus are absolute and ratio indicators, Du Pont analysis, estimation of the costs of equity, economic value added and some models of financial crisis prediction. In the final part of this bachelor thesis are summarized the results of all used methods and is reviewed the evolution of financial situation of Wellen company during the reporting period together with recommendations for improvements.

Using loans, leasing, investments and other sources of funding is connected with interests, which are the cost of financial capital. The goal of this thesis is to assess the sources of funding of a chosen economic entity, and possibly to propose measures to minimalize the costs of debts.

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to assess the financial situation of the company "Pivovar Svijany, a.s.", in the years 2007 - 2011 based on publicly available information. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical section explains the concept of financial analysis and describes the used methods. This is an analysis of absolute indicators, differential indicators, ratios, bankruptcy and credibility models, EVA index and Du Pont analysis. In the practical part, above mentioned models are used to analyze the financial situation of the company "Pivovar Svijany, a.s.", and they are compared with competitor "Chodovar s.r.o."

The Company Efficiency and its Evaluation

The diploma thesis analyses the problem of the company efficiency and its evaluation. Theoretical basis was applied in the cooperative company, whose main activity is the custom-made furniture. The analysis of company efficiency was conducted on a base of a financial analysis. The concrete analysis includes: analysis of absolute indicators, differential indicators, ratio indicators, Du Pont analysis, bankruptcy and value indicators, economic value added, Spider analysis. The conclusion contains suggestions for improving the current company situation.
